Your reasoning is questionable...that incendiary stuff was present in the supermarket was not the cause of the fire. The cause of the fire was a little girl who was sent to commit arson. Whoever did this knew that the young girl could not be put in a cell if caught. What if this is a gas dispensing station? What if this is a petrol filling station? What if this is an ordinance depot? Even in the absence of incendiary material in this shop, this girl could have cleverly tucked a smart bomb in the sole of her shoes that could be detonated remotely...If this girl is released and there is no further investigation expect more crimes to be perpetrated by 9 year olds. More assassinations, bombings, arson, burglary, theft and murders will be conducted by 9 year olds if this child along with those who sponsored this arson are not properly punished!

If a 9 year was sent to kill every member of your family except you and he or she succeeded you will be part of the "smart" people who will call for the speedy execution of the murderer. I remember injecting my kid brother with water all in the name of acting doctor and patient when we were very little. Kids do really stupid things.

The mother's motive? If they get the girl to confess she was instructed by her mother only then we can learn the motive. But speculating ... if the mother/her sponsor is a vendor... and the supermarket is putting her out of business then her motive can be to eliminate the competition. What if she felt she was shortchanged by the supermarket ... as in buying a product that was defective/expired and the supermarket refused to have it exchanged or give refund? That can be a motive for her to hit back at the supermarket... and yes... some people are extreme like that. We can never know her motive unless she confesses. Most likely she used the girl because she is a minor.... and a minor will not face imprisonment.
And yes.... children do a lot of stuff... but this is totally different. If she was in the store... looking at different stuff ... came up to the lighters ... played with it or even deliberately started a fire.... this case would've been different.... it would've been on the child and not the mother. How can you explain the child never entered the store before... but headed full speed direct to the lighters ... started a fire and left? Spiritual?

You spoke well here. So many people don't know that there are many mischievous kids out there.
Let me give u 3 instances.
1. A househelp of about 10yrs old pushed a stone into a baby she was taking care of. The child started getting so sick with swollen tommy. Scan was carried out and was noticed that an object was clocking the anus.
After serious interrogation, the househelp admitted inserting the stone.
Her reason was that the small was always stoolling and she want her to stop stooling so that she(househelp) can rest instead of always packing the poo.

2. Another househelp of 12yrs old fed a baby with kerosene. When the baby was sick, it was noticed that there was minor burn on her skin and when the househelp was quizd, she admitted feeding the girl with kerosene.
Her reason was her madam used to beat her so she had to retaliate on the baby.

3. My colleague in the office nearly lost his 5 children. He came to work in the morning and was sent to an official msg to another state that morning. His wife went to market and locked the door burglary proof leaving the kids inside.
They lived in a 2-bedroom apartment. They were playing when one of them lit a match stick and the foam caught fire. everything in the room caught fire, they ran to the sitting room and no how to escape. the building was burning. They came behind the locked burglary proof not knowing what to do. Fortunately, a bike man passing saw wat was happening, tried to open the proof but could not. Our office is very close to that my colleague' house. Fortunately, the bike man knows that my colleague. He came to the office to alert us. We rushed there with fire extinguishes and technicians. They broke down the entrance and the 5 kids were rescued. Immediately, they came out, the roof of the sitting room collapsed and the whole building was engulfed.

So my point is, children can be used by satan to do a very dangerous thing.

Alternatively, an adult can send the child and give her Rohypnol (Forget-me-pill) which will make the child not to remember anything afterwards.
