Dear Nairalanders,

Please I am in need of your advice and suggestions. I don't Know if anyone else has gone through the same situation.

I have been having waist pain for over a Month now, I have been able to take some pain relief drugs but the pain still persists. I find it difficult to bend or stand up after sitting for like 5mins. The pain is really costing me so many things, I don't feel comfortable anymore I'm mostly in pains.

from what I was told, they said infection actually causes waist pain for men. I actually didn't do any tedious or heavy work which I might say caused it. I'm feeling it might be the infection because the day the pain started was the same day I did something with my ex.

Please I would appreciate those that have gone through same situation in the past to tell me how they went about resolving theirs. What medications they took, whether local or English medication. I really need to be my normal self cause this pain is now getting unbearable.
