Yes, a Gov can be sued and he can be sued.

The tribunal ruled on that. PDP argued that as Gov, he wasn't suppose to be sued...the tribunal rejected it.

Andy Uba might not even win the election.

The tribunal insisted that his position been sought for was as National Chairman of the Party.

Why do you think APC lawyers were stressing that it be a pre-election matter and not a Constitutional One?

The case is as straight as an arrow. Ironically, Hillard Eta helped them with this case because he hired Onyechi Ikpeazu SAN on a similar matter in Court.

Anyways, the Kano Appeal Court will rule on the APGA issue on Friday.

The only way Aketi won was that Jegede didn't make Buni a Party to the suit.

Buni had already signed Uba's form as the Party's candidate and the form dey INEC hand.

Though, he has a window.... Substitution of candidates ends on Friday, July 30...the only way been that they sack Buni and substitute Uba as their candidate.

You can't compel him to come, but yes, you can sue him.

This issue has been decided very comprehensively by the Courts at different times.

Saulawa who also joined is from Buhari's home State...Katsina and went to the SC last year.

The tribunal, Appeal Court and even the majority judgement agreed that Buni and APC violated the Constitution. They only said Buni wasn't a party to the suit and hence struck it out.
