some women cannot stand dat action, some will even prefer their husbands beating them to rejecting their food. and yes its as serious as dat. but to most men, its a way of showing their unhappiness over their wife's behavior or passing a strong message of hurt.

Do these few things.

Be very prayerful.

Be always calm infront of him and always smile.

Talk with him romantically always even when he is angry.

Make your body tidy and clean and dress smartly and smell good all the times. No man loves unclean wife...or unclean house.

Write a short note with just "I Love You" on a sheet of paper, and insert it in his pocket. Remember to write your name under it.

It's not something taught in schools though. Parents need to teach their kids how to communicate properly. Unfortunately, parents themselves often don't know so the vicious cycle continues
