you mean it came with 128mb ram. this one na artifacts or vintage laptop, abi, acient of days, produced in 2004, it obviously doesn't use ddr2 ram, thats why it can't fit into the ram slots, rather it uses ddr ram, the first generation or fore fathers of ram, ddr ram is almost extint.

Please I need help. I put my laptop on sleep mode, so when I tried getting the system back on, the screen went blank. I had to manually switch the system off. Yet, when I switched it on back, it blinked and remained blank up till now.

I always advise my clients not to put their laptop in sleep mode or better still don't put it on sleep mode for a long time.

The best thing for you to do now is see a laptop technician but before that, what's the model of your laptop?

If it's possible for you to take out your laptop, try and discharge the laptop by pressing and holding down the power button for 30sec then connect back the charger and power it on.

If problem persist, I'll suggest you see a laptop technician.

yeah, rugged machine. they are originally meant for Xp. you will get the parts on ebay

On my windows 10 if I try to open the music player it refuses to open. Same with other multimedia like photos and videos

what app are you using to open the files? the black box display showing cmd.32 is the command prompt running to first time initilize some kind of program or software installed on your system whenever you power on the system
