Yes i did the visa with the visa guys but i saw online that all tourist must fill a health declaration form. I just want to know if i have to fill any or anyone who traveled recently was asked about at the POE

Nothing like that, get your covid 19 done 72hrs before flight , I doubt if there is any other thing if you are flying from cotonu or ghana.
