There is nothing unique.. Let's face the fact.. You can't have access to a bank without them validating their atm.. And most borrowers.. Once they take loans.. They deactivate their ATM card.. Thus not able to work again.. So how do you want to had access to remove the money...and CBN doesn't allow with BVN... Go read the rules on BVN..
