Sadly, at this point, you might as well cancel your admission for your money. Because most universities have a strict day for registration. Like my university is 30th august and no room for extension regardless of your reason, so if you don’t arrive/register by then, your place automatically goes to a student on waiting list.
So let’s say you get decision today, you still have to wait 2-3 weeks to get your card to travel. August never finish so?

Can't you register online? I will be doing my registration online this week and also activating my student account. I guess different universities different rules apply. But please contact your university or department. I didn't even contact mine, we were informed we could do that.

Check with your school, registration is online. All the Universities in Sweden are using a unified system called Ladok. So go ahead coz there's time limit. Course registration for Autumn First semester closes 29th August.

All the Universities are aware of the delays from Swedish Migration Agency.

once u successfully upload all the documents and press send it will send automatically and the link will be showing u expired. But if u know that it has not been successful just try login with another phone and different network (not Wi-Fi)
