Good morning, please I need help.

I have a student coming in for studies at the University of Calgary. At the moment his hosts who promised to take him in for the first week while he makes arrangements for accommodation is no longer responding to calls and messages.

Can I please have someone to pick him up at the the airport this Sunday and possible get accommodation for just a week. i would be happy to pay

Thank you

Try airbnb .

Give him cash USD while going. He will change little to CAD at port.

Order Uber for him to take him to his airbnb address. The host might also offer to pick him at airport.

Hello everyone.

I graduated with a degree in English Education in 2016..I have don’t some teaching jobs until 2018/19 I started my pos business. The business is over two years now n I am a registered agent with the following banks, Firstmonie (first bank), Access and Zenith bank.
I am about applying for a course in Nbcc...I am thinking of International business management. I don’t know if this is a good idea.

N.B A point of sales agent is one who helps with withdrawals, deposits and even opening of accounts for the bank at a fee.

I would like your help on this matter please....

No, it doesn't.
Really, are you sure?

So i can submit the CAC doc without the new bank details then but the old bank details.

Cos registering a farming biz now will look somehow and it's too early.
Am looking forward to get the invoices, sales receipt for years and pictures of biz environment. Hope this will suffice in absence of the CAC!...?

Warm greetings to everyone in here. I am September intake, applied 15/5/2021, biometric done last yr, medical 4th August but yet to be confirmed. I mailed the school for diferer but yet to be considered. Sofar nothing was heard from IRCC. I already mailed 3 MP's yesterday.

TODAYS I got this from the school, what do you think my people..... pls read the mail till the end !

Greetings from the International Office at Conestoga College.

As you look to begin your studies at Conestoga, we recognize that the current Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) delay in processing study permit applications is creating uncertainty and delays regarding your plans to begin your studies at Conestoga beginning September 2021.

To accommodate students who have not yet received their study permit approval, we are pleased to offer the option to begin your program from outside of Canada based on your application for study permit if space in the program allows. Please confirm promptly to avoid disappointment.

Students who wish to begin their studies in September 2021 from outside of Canada while waiting for their study permit approval, may do so under the following conditions:

You have provided proof that your study permit application has been submitted.

Your September 2021 semester tuition is paid in full and has been received by the College.

You have carefully read and completed the Acknowledgement Form confirming you understand the implications of beginning studies in September 2021 including the College refund policy, while you wait for your study permit approval.

You begin your studies on the first day of classes.

Next Steps:

Carefully review and complete the Acknowledgement Form found at the following link: https://forms.office.com/r/ry2V3aSfP3

While completing the acknowledgement form, you will be required to submit a copy of your IRCC confirmation showing that your study permit application has been submitted.

You must sign into your Conestoga College email account Bleep@conestogac.on.ca in order to access the Acknowledgement Form.

For information on how to determine your email address, please visit the following link https://it.conestogac.on.ca/support/student

Upload a copy of the IRCC confirmation of your study permit application through your student portal using the following link: https://studentportal.conestogac.on.ca/InternationalApplication/Content/Login/Login.aspx

Confirm your invoice. Click here to watch a tutorial on how to confirm your invoice.

Please Note:

The completed Acknowledgement Form, along with confirmation that you have applied for a study permit, must be received no later than August 31st, 2021.  As capacity is limited, we reserve the right to close access to the form prior to August 31st, 2021.

Submission of the form does not guarantee registration.

Late submissions will not be considered.

If you are planning to travel to Canada, you must complete all safe arrival and quarantine plans prior to departure. Please click on the link to our website for further details and steps to follow before, during and after your arrival in Canada.

Fall 2021 COVID Refund Policy:

If your study permit is refused, a full refund less the $200 administrative fee will be provided to Level 1 students who begin their studies online from outside of Canada up until November 14th, 2021. A visa refusal letter is required.

Requests for a refund received after November 14th, 2021, must be accompanied by a visa refusal letter dated after November 14th, 2021.

No refund requests will be granted after December 15th, 2021.

If your application for study permit is not refused but you choose to withdraw from the program, the standard college refund policy outlined here applies and a withdrawal form must be received on or before September 20th, 2021.

NOTE: In order to be fully removed from your program, you must withdraw your offer in OCAS AND complete the withdrawal form in the student portal, even if you wish to defer to a future intake.

Ha! If you change the course, then they will have to start the entire evaluation again. If you change School, you will submit a fresh application.... So what was the point of the whole JR. Na wah o

kemmyk:
Hello my professionals plss help,

After a JR which was settled out of court can I change my course and the school or I have to stick with the school or can I change my course in the school because I just realized that the former course I choose was an undergraduate certificate which all along I thought it was a post graduate certificate which is why I want to change my course or the school.
