To be Igbo, your surname has to be Igbo. Your first name can be anything, but your surname is your ancestral name. Lucky Irabor comes Agbor, an Igbo speaking area that has border with Edo state. I have been to Agbor many times and I know they have an Edo minority there.

Lucky Irabor comes from the Edo minority in Agbor, Irabor is a well known Edo surname. It like someone with the name Emeka Adebayor claiming to be Igbo while parading a Yoruba surname
