Lol. Chief I have noticed these new buildings springing up on the Island, they hardly have sizeable spaces. The plots seems small. Is it because of the high cost of these lands that developers carve out the plots to be small to maximize profits/put up more building units?

Lands are very costly there, that's why they design houses with as little space as possible.

It's best to start the journey with a building plan.

Its for construction and moderate finishing, when I say moderate, I mean that we wont be expected to use top of the range fittings in the finish stages, no luxury stuff. Thanks.
