Some mamas vomit all through their pregnancy. Body ache, waist pain, muscle cramps are part of the package.

My advise is she visits her doctor just to be sure everything is okay. Please don't leave anything to chance

After I got home from work. My wife told me she saw her vagina been opened.
I don't know how to explain this but she meant that she was able to see inside her vagina.
Normally it is always closed but how come it opens by itself.
Is this normal during pregnancy?

Though I was having this cramp feeling on Wednesday and yesterday, but i no longer feel it anymore.I had same in my first pregnancy and when i got to the hospital to complain the doctor said it was normal that it was as a result of my uterus stretching or something,he sha spoke big big English and afterwards prescribed paracetamol for me.So this time around,i no kuku go hospital as i have experienced it before at this exact time,i just,took the paracetamol too.I guess it worked to an extent. Antenatal has been going well too.For the gender,the last time I had a scan,the sonographer was not sure of the sex she was seeing,she said it's like it's a girl but she couldn't see the genital clearly because of the position of the baby, so she said she hopes the next time I do it,it will be more visible and evident.So for now, just put the XX there if there is any change subsequently,i will update you. Shopping just dey bottom of my priority lists now o,lol.Before November ending sha,i should sort it out by God's Grace. Lest I forget, waist pain and hooking of leg is a constant thing now.May God see us through o.Happy bumping to us all.

You said earlier she is 3cm dilated at 29 weeks.
Pls take her to a gynaecologist even if not your previous gynaecologist for a second opinion.

I think this is implantation bleeding. Nothing to worry about. You can still check with you gynae. Happy bumping

Hello mum's and docs in the house. Please help �o. My son is about 4 months ths old. He's been having nasal congestion since almost birth but now it has gotten worse. (We believe he took it from his dad who has sinusitis). It distubs his breathing alot especially at night and when eating. During omugwo, my mum was using hot water with napkin close to his nose.
We've been to 2 hospitals several times regarding it. We were asked to use mentol crystals in hot water for him, vitamin c, Amoxil suspension and chlorpheniramine syrup but they don't seem to relieve him. What can I do? I don't want to go back to the hospitals. Please help a ftm

29 weeks today and d baby is really kicking a lot. I think he's gonna be a sportsman probably a footballer or a boxer with the way he's kicking and punching

Whenever I woke from bed, d next tin I do is to put my hand on my wife stomach and immediately my hand touches her stomach, he'll punch my hand in respond.
