use computer to open the letter you will see where u can tap accept/reject offer

You obviously got the message late and the loan has been automatically rejected since you didn't accept it on time.

That is why we keep telling you people to always check with your BVN and don't wait for their text message.

i actually didnt get the message late tho.......i got the message on thursday August 26th and the letter is dated wednesday August 25th.......i opened the letter that thursday and couldnt find a place to click accept......although i can see a geen tick at the bottom of the letter but its not something i can click.....the only thing clickable on the letter is the "print letter" below that.......and yeah i'm using a laptop to open it so i'm a bit confused but thanks guyss

Maybe someone processed the loan for you, Which you might have submitted your details to the person for registration or processing. If yes, the person has accepted it on ur behalf.
