How are you sure that he(Emeka) was aware that the phones being supplied to him were stolen. Emeka can easily deny him because he(Balogun) has no evidence to prove his accusations.

This guy is alone in this case because if I were to be the Computer village trader called Emeka, I will simply tell the Police that I didn't know that the phones he used to supply to me were stolen since he's not the only person I'm doing business with. He told me they were london used phones and that's exactly what I'm dealing on as a business man. Many people also supply phones to me. Period!!!
