If a man must have a good job, car and house before marriage what must a woman have before marriage?

Good job is okay for a man before marriage...car and house can come later in the marriage and for a woman a career or something doing like setting up a business in other to compliment the man's income ....i don't support being a full time house wife this time around even if it's what the man want

She must be a home maker, she should have a good job that won't be too time consuming and must be a great thinker as well.
