thanks my class is starting next week I have differed it already

Then make use of webform and forward the New LOA to ircc to notify them of the changes, for profile update. But if you choose not to notify them about it, when the time comes and if ircc wants to approve your visa, they will contact you and demand for a New LOA from you to finalize your app

Since the two applications won't be running at the same time,a decision would have been made on one which I think should be the guide on your decision or next step.

But let's assume the two got approved, it's impossible to withdraw an already approved application, what can be done is not to respond to the passport request till it expires and I don't think that should come with any adverse effect while applying for SOWP.

But like I earlier mentioned,me I be learner, let's wait for the knowledgeables to shed more light on this.

E go end in praise.

Thank you so much

Hello, I’ve been following this thread since part 19.
I’d like to do a post graduate course in Canada. I graduated with a 2:2 in microbiology in 2019 and currently doing my NYSC. I’d like the gurus in the house to please advise me on what schools to apply and courses as well. And also, how to go about my visa application.

Thanks and God bless you guys @Lekiboboe
With a 2.2, a PG.Cert in a Microbiology related program is your best shot.

Google the following Programs below extensively, check the courses done in the following PG. Cert Programs and see how it relates to the courses u did in your undergraduate degree in Microbiology, also, Check the Admission intakes of the programs either for Spring (May), Fall (September) or Winter (January), then apply

- PG. Cert, food safety and Quality Assurance – food Processing
Conestoga College, Ontario

- PG. Cert, Operations Leadership in food Manufacturing
Conestoga College, Ontario

- PG. Cert, Quality Assurance – Manufacturing and Management
Sheridan College, Ontario

PG. Cert, Advanced Manufacturing Management
Sheridan College, Ontario

- PG. Cert, Environmental Control
Sheridan College, Ontario

- PG. Cert, Environmental Monitoring & Impact Assessment (EMPD)
Cambrian College, Ontario

- PG. Cert, Environmental Management & Assessment
Algonquin College, Ontario

Canada Universities are mostly concerned about your undergraduate degree that is your Academic Transcript not your SSCE result

Go through all contents in the link below, cos most of the contents there relates to a B.ed graduate looking to go for an M.ed in a research area of their choice. Try your luck and cold mail Professor or professors in your research interests for M.ed in a Canadian university or universities

Really? Is it possible for the school to contact IRCC on your behalf?

Yes it's possible,, some schools does it and I've witnessed it myself before and besides, if your giving visa, the school will benefit from it bcus they need your tuition money.
But mind you, schools contacting ircc on any student behalf does not aid the chances of the student getting the visa.
Just talk to the school authority and beg them to help you contact ircc and inform them that you ve started classes then you will know if the school will agree to it or not but I'm sure some schools does it.

Just incase if the school refuse , you can use the paperwork and receipts issued to you by the school for payments and class registration e.t.c use them and notify ircc as evidence that you've started classes

Neco is very much acceptable and for most post graduate programs you may not need waec or neco just your undergraduate transcript will do.

Good evening guys, Please I still need more insight to this.

Ive started compiling the Docs needed for my student permit application. But my concern is my spouse is MAY intake 2022, and I will be in for fall 2022 Intake, though she will be applying before me

•Please will those VO find-out in the sense that will might likely submit same Documents like Family ties, Home ties & Assets, etc • • • concerning the POF too am a self sponsored and will be sponsoring her and we may might submit same MBS, but she will submit her own SOA with my MBS.
(Shey VO no go dey reason ham say person whey wan sponsor person wan apply for Student permit too).

I think you guys need to be very careful as you may need to use each other as home ties and ircc will definitely cross check every information you send. You do not want to appear too desperate that both of you want to leave at once

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by ehiremen2002: 2:12am On Sep 07, 2021
Not really clear why people differ admission when they can start remotely. Personally I think starting remotely is a good idea. Even most people that resume are still doing their study from home in Canada.
