Good morning gurus,I just purchased a 2008 Honda crv and it has this noisy sound that comes from the front suspension when I drive on a rough road and I have replaced virtually every part there and the popping sound is still there.

Did they check the stabilizer?

Check if there is still ATF fluid? If there is then your transmission needs to be evaluated

My Acura MDX 2004 experienced overheating and the mechanic decided we needed to change the radiator, we did that and everything was fine. But after then, I noticed the car won't start/crank easily. I initially thought it was battery but even after driving for several hours (after which the battery should have been charged enough) same thing was still happening.

I got a rewire who said it was the kick starter, we repaired the kick started but situation was the same. Then the mechanic recommended by the rewire discovered that oil was mixing with the oil, the oil was milky and the spark plug head was somehow wet.

This pointed to a bad gasket according to him.The mechanic changed the plug and after that the car cranked when we started it but that was the only time, the next morning it didn't crank ( just like it was doing before).

Now we have changed the gasket ,changed the oil but the car still won't crank.

The mechanic says we should change all the coil ( 6 of them) , he seems so confident that the car will work of we do that but I feel he is just doing trial and error.

Experts, kindly advise on what to do.

I own a Peugeot 407 SW which I totally enjoy, the only issue is that the ground clearance is too too low. My mechanic advices I go for bigger rims and bigger tyres to improve clearance, my fears are (1) the bigger tyres will be touching the fenders (2) the speedometer will be off (I researched this).
The other option is to change the springs for bugger ones. I do not know the adverse effect of this but I am afraid that the mechanic (not my regular mechanic) might mess with other things that may affect the car in ways I may not presently see.
Please what do you advice Sirs and Ma'ams?Help a brother in need.

Please, I'm here again ooo, okay, I discovered one of my tire is getting bad and told mechanic about it, he said I need to buy Tire for the car, the car is kia optima 2013 the factory type that come with the tire is
225/45R18 and he said I should change it to something bigger to help the height of the car, please I nedd urgent help if I should get a different type like he suggested or I should stick the regular type that come with the car ?

You can go for 225/50/R18 you will have extra ground clearance and it will not affect the car balance.

I was considering buying steering and pedal lock don’t know if is security is tight . And maybe tracker later after some months . Please house I will be very grateful if enough advise and recommendations can be given . Because if stolen i fit faint o �� . So please any advise would be welcome with great gratitude.

I'm not an expert, but from my experience with the 2012 Corolla the warning (attention) light should go off after driving for a while, provided oil is at the proper level. Otherwise, you may need to scan. Popped up after a/c system was fixed on the same car, but went off just a few minutes later.

Please go ahead and do whatever you can (and can afford) to secure your car and give yourself peace of mind. This includes car trackers, steering/pedal locks, anti-smash coatings on windows, and most importantly, Comprehensive Insurance if you can afford one. If you cannot do comprehensive, some insurance companies have Third Party Fire and Theft policies, which is an upgrade from the basic Third Party policy.

Finally, whether parking in an open, secluded, lit, or dark area, the most important thing is the application of common sense, I think.
