criminality cuts across genders. A woman has stolen my phone before. Some women are criminals too, some are gang leaders, some are girlfriends of criminals that lure victims to their gangs. Don't let your guard down just because someone is a woman. Ask Uber drivers, most of the passengers that dupe them with fake alerts etc are women.

It was in 80s that (apparently) Nigeria start to witness decline economically & socially. Name it, Military era was experienced till adulthood compared to kids in mid 90s - Y2K. Or a CCTV in the car which gets uploaded to Uber’s server. Most people will not agree to have their pictures taken easily.
