James is disconnected from everybody. He crosses to lizards on a steady basis and nobody trusts Fred enough to pass to him when there’s an opponent near him.

Bailly is not agile. He may be strong but he’s not agile. Lindelof is more mobile than he is. Plus he’s unavailable most times.

Fred is the major culprit here. OGS picks him because he’s very fit and mobile. Fit. And. Mobile. Not just fitness alone.

The guy deceives with activity.

The problem is refusing to try others out in that position when it’s obvious that the fit and mobile guy cannot be trusted with a pass. Or even tweak things to ensure that this weakness is minimized.

Or even use them as subs to try things out. Constant 10-15 mins cameos will steady VDB and he can properly compete for that position.
