had the same problem but it is okay now, the answer is too much screen time, minimize screen time as for me I took a bit further as my work is on the screen (i write a lot) so i got an eye ointment and eye drops to help clear my eyes and bought a uv filter glasses aka pc glasses to help reduce eye strain

if you are on a pc i recommend downloading the f.lux app to help reduce light intensity from the screen but in all just reduce your screen time and get more rest

Same thing happened to me recently, my lower eyelid too. It has stopped though. I noticed it started when I was worried about something that got me always thinking.

Sit on system Mondays to Friday 7:30Am till 6pm,
Come reach house fire phone till sometimes 12midnight.

After visiting eye clinic, omor I give my phone chance 8pm I don keep phone o.

Now I've very okay.
