Is this good to buy@75k 1.1kva de-damark generator

Good day bosses, please I need your help. I want to buy a 4.5kva elepac generator but it has "elepaq yaoyeng constant "written on it, please is it the original one? The yaoyeng is my problem, Please help a confused sister

The pumping machine is the main issue here, you need something big to power a 1.5hp. That Elepaq 3000 looks like 2.5kva generator. With around 170k or so should get your problem solved.

Thank u bro I spoke with one of Sumec dealers today for pricing and he said a 3.4kva is 178k and 3.3 kva 160k pics attached below (tho not exactly this but he said it looks like this) respectively.

I intend going to their showroom tomorrow in ikeja to make my choice.

For ur final input, do u think a 3.3kva would serve me cos 18k plenty small

Don't trust Lutian, go for original Sumec.

Many of those sellers don't know the difference between kva and Kw, they use them interchangeably. The Red one is 4.25kva (3400W) max while the yellow one is 3.5kva (2800W) max. Now you know the reason for the difference in price.

Since this particular one is a 3.5kva then I shld be fine with it right.

Guys I intend getting Sumec fireman 1800.

Things I intending using it on, Tv set, 2 celling fans, home theater and mini fridge. Can this work? Or I should look for something higher.

Please what could be wrong with my fireman spg3000. I change the oil from heavyduty to my vehicle engine oil ( Hardex), since then the generator refuse to start. I figured out I poured too much oil as large oil were seen deposited at the filter. So I had to drain some out to the full limit marked and then clean the oil filter and also the plug. I try starting it again, it worked! But for a few seconds. Then I tried again, it then make an explosive noise and never start:


What could be wrong please? Could it be the oil I used?

Everything will never be on at the same time tho.

You should have gone with an engineer to check it for you. At that price, some parts may have been replaced hence the noise and smoke. Try reducing the running speed a bit if the noise with decrease

Oh, I haven't really finished up with the transaction. An engineer is supposed to come check it this afternoon and then I'll send the full amount.

Good oil. Yes, you should clean or change the plug. Are you sure the oil is still not too much? Oil should not be dripping out when the generator is placed on a level ground with the oil cover off.

Omo, I don go return the gen laikdis. I nor fit for stress in the name of cheap stuff.
The gen even seemed badly maintained cos the engine oil was practically dry before I changed it.

Planning to get to Benin soon to just buy a brand new Thermocool junior.

Peace is priceless! Thank God for you . Many times awoof dey purge belle, many times sellers sell off because of the plenty wahala they have faced, even mechanics advise them to sell off problematic generators, na the buyers I pity.

My Thermocool junior max 1500 generator sometimes drops to low current but when I put it off and on after a few times it returns to normal current. What could be the fault please?

I finally resolved to the one below due to budget constraints.

But I would like to ask is this a 2.5kva cos from their outlet they said this is 2.5kva.
