You are clearly uninformed.

There is nothing genocidal in the President's post.

The only take-away from the whole episode is 'that Nigerians didn't die from not using Twitter, while the ban lasted.

Foreign companies, no matter how important they may seem, must learn to respect the sovereignty of their host nations, as embodied by the Office of the President.

Twitter is a business in Nigeria...it is not Nigeria.

The only take away is that Twitter no send naija. If the ban remains indefinitely, Twitter will not flinch a bit. How much govt dey spend to put up and keep on the firewall blockage till now? Naira is heading for 1000 naira but for your mind, na Twitter learn lesson? Omo. Let Buhari post another nonsense on Twitter and see if after being reported, the tweet isn't taken down. Dem no fear their own president, na inconsequential idiot like Buhari dem go come fear? Open your eyes

I like your arguments. Buhari is not Nigeria either.

Don't mind the mumus supporting this govt. People are even getting help from celebs like Don Jazzy, someone got 1M from Jazzy just this week abi last week. One vendor of bread and beans got hooked to Mr Macaroni, who asked for more than 20 of her 3500 delicacy. Things are still supping on Twitter, but BMC crew will have you believe that Twitter is suffering because of Twitter ban. I've never seen any group of persons as unintelligible as buharists. Never

I have a prayer for you

If twitter ban is an infringement on freedom of speech, may you never prosper

If twitter ban has been positive on the Nigerian economy and political climate, may you experience positive growth in all your areas...

No fight me ooo, nah just simple illustration but if you channel your anger at me, then you will experience the former expression.

No need to remove the ban on Twitter, we are well adjusted to its absence.

Anyway I hope twitter has learned it’s lesson. Supporting #Ensars , a planned coup to topple an elected government could never be tolerated by any country.

This is exactly how I want this whole sordid affair to play out.

First, Nigeria unbans Twitter 'in a few days time'.

Then Twitter subsequently bans Nigeria.

Oh la la.

Let it remain in history that the only reason Twitter was banned in Nigeria, in 2021, was because it removed a genocidal Tweet from the president's wall.

It also happened in Buhari's administration.
