This is called Cunning. A high end trait you need to succeed in business, relationships and politics.

I actually thought it was a joke but my answer was no.

Of course I could have lied to make her happy but a lie is a lie and man's word should be his bond.

i and my girlfriend were having a discussion about the movie titanic. And in the mist of the discussion, i said unlike jack, i won't die for anyone.
she asks if that includes her, and i said yes. And now she has threatened to end the relationship because of the issuse.
