Oga wey no care about 20 20 naira,no one is complaining.Uber is been sincere and that's the big difference.u don't need to comment about everything and the issue about bolt collecting higher than they say is just for one to be aware.
Pearl1910:

U go wait till u grow bhea bear...
Na me wan teach una how to do simple calculation or to check details of a trip?
In any case, I care less about 20 20 naira when I am making 100k a week.
Uber still charges 25% and human beings are driving on the platform. So if they charge ur guy 21.6% why r u guys complaining...if u no like am, delete d App then go Berger, Oshodi, Cms or Ajah park go hussle for passengers.

I use a Toyota Camry 08 for this job, bolt precisely. It has android screen....not the normal muscle front.

I used to be on 4.7* rating, but today I saw 4.5*

I usually call rider first. I usually greet first when they enter. I even carry their loads myself and put in the trunk. If it's about driving carefully, I am sure I do. Even before this hustle, when there was no car, if I go out with friends, they usually prefer I drive, even when they all can drive. Even my mom commends my driving skills. So what could be the problem? I usually dress well. Some of my clothes are pretty expensive......sneakers, wristwatches, cologne. Could it be that they see my car and dressing as too big for the job or what? I don't understand the reason for the drop in rating? Could it be that I communicate in clean oral English. I speak very well.
What exactly could be the problem?

There's this bolt driver I met around pharmcity Lekki. He said he does not carry loads o, that he opens the trunk for them. His rating is about 4.9*

When I entered petrocam today ehn, told the girl to sell 4k fuel for me. She said oga look at the pump o before I start. When she was through she asked for money, I checked the pump, she sold 1k.
I told her I said 4k, she said she thought it's 1k I said. The same thing the other guy did.
She continue selling from 1k and stopped at 3k too and claimed she sold 1k before and 3k now.
That's when I came down from my car. Told her my experience with the guy yesterday. She denied and I insisted I wanted to see d manager .. That was when she calm down and was like *God will judge it*..

Okay sir. Nothing is wrong with you or your car. You can only do your best cos human being generally can be funny.

Some people no go like as you and your car fresh, the way you speak, smell , laugh etc. Leave the rating it will come back up.

In my opinion you don’t need to assist every person with their loads or luggages.

Thanks. The last lady I picked today from Berger to ikeja really enjoyed our discussion. I even allowed her play her choice of songs by connecting her phone to my android via Bluetooth. Her money was 1800. She gave me 2k and told me to keep the change. She said she enjoyed the ride and A/c. Immediately I dropped her, the rating came to 4.5*

Don't worry bro. It'll definitely come back up. Some people will be intimidated by your car and charisma. I get that alot too. When I'm on bolt I don't say I own my car. I tell them I got it on rent, so they pity me cos they feel I'm beneath them, but on Uber, I'm myself, plus Uber's ratings system is transparent. Your car will be appreciated by Uber riders than bolt riders. These days I don't care about the bolt ratings. You need to also look out for red flags from daughters of jazebel so as to maintain a good star rating

The level of my A/C is usually high, even when it affects me, I still ignore, just to satisfy riders. My second rider told me to put it off, that my car is too cold.
I don't think the A/c is the prob, but thanks for your advice.

Some people think they have to slide on the stars, some people think if they give you 2 or 3 is not bad either. Some people just dash 1 start cos they don’t understand the thing.

Dont change anything you're doing... It will regulate itself. To add, don't speak unless spoken to.

As long as bolt is concerned, even if you drive a 2021 Rolls Royce, you can't maintain 5.00.

it might not be her. Ratings doesn't reflect immediately on bolt. Some riders don't know how to rate especially on bolt. I've been rated 1 star unknowingly before by a bolt rider she thought she was doing me a favour, I just laughed about it, it still rose to 5* later. Uber and rest of mind

I really don't speak at first. I wait for them to start it. The only thing I tell them at first, is about connecting their phone to the android via Bluetooth, if they want to play their music. If they say they are fine, I usually just play gospel or radio.
