If you read the story, the mother of the child took the child to the school for enrollment. The child wandered away from her during "documentation" only to be murdered by vicious dogs.
Why should a mother allow her 2 year old to wander about out of her sight in a public place? It is idiotic. I as a father would never do that. I've seen such careless tendencies among women a lot.

Dogs are men's best friends.Just needed to be domesticated properly.Welcomes u when you are back from work,plays with u often,alerts u when there is strange movement even if you are asleep.
Having a dog is a sure security against burglary especially during working hours when everyone had gone to work.U will look for a dog when on coming home from work u discover dt ur laptops,plasma tvs,Generator,fridge etc are gone through burglary.The benefits are endless.
Man had not stopped using vehicles because of accidents that have killed many.
So,it's just a rare unfortunate incident.
