Never responsible for anything. Guy, go see election results figures and see for yourself how north came out to vote and the south no dey vote.

whether the law is enforced or north, it is obvious that no Fulani bastard will come to the streets of major towns in the south east with cows and go free.
It has been several months since I last saw any Fulani animal with his brother cows on the streets of awka especially

Story for the gods.

el-Rufai is right...the north dominates and controls Nigeria's security agencies. Who else would implement the anti-grazing law if not the police or civil defense? I'm waiting to see a governor who will set up a task force for anti-grazing because he's definitely going to have issues with the president.

Besides, most of those dirty Fulani herders you see own just a few of those herds of cattle. The real owners of the cattle are the powerful northerners in government. That's why the herders are armed to protect the cattle. Later, they become bold, attacking farms/communities and raping women.

But the question we should be asking our president is, if he can ranch his cattle, why not become the role model in this regard and encourage his people to do the same?

This has exposed the stupidity or emptiness of El-Rufai. I had overrated his IQ for years.

How could a state invest or support private business with N10b per ranch and thinking of 14 ranches altogether (for N140 billion)? How much in tax or other revenue does cattle business especially herders (or cattle owners) contribute to the state?

The state has livestock division of Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources that is currently unproductive and there is no plan to expand such with the aid of PPP to make is employment and revenue generating entity.

El-Rufai should mind his business and leave the southern governors to mind theirs too.

Cattle grazing has become a business
for the Fulani government of Nigeria.

They get revenue from Niger Delta &
southern Nigeria to build ranch &
mosques for the parasitic region.

Cantonese:
Nonsense man. A sadist, complete tribalist and religious bigot. He admitted to have settled external Fulani groups who flooded the forests with billions and have now refused to go back to their original locations. All of them agreed that the pretentious jihadists were imported to cause havoc incase their brother lost the election in 2015.

Prior to 2015, herdsmen never bore AK47s while grazing their cows. Their impunity is backed by their leaders who say one thing in the day and another in the night.

When Buba Marwa chased them away from marine beach, Apapa, in 1996 to the present abattoir in Lagos, after a 7 day ultimatum no one cried. Now that they have made killing, kidnapping, raping and destruction their hobby, El Rufai thinks his fellow governors in the south should watch and keep quiet. We have laws in place, its implementation is not his business. His business now is to tell his tribesmen to keep away from the roads and cities with their cows. His business now is to fund as many as he can from his personal resources to establish ranches. His concern now should be how to get fellow Fulani wealthy individuals to provide their people with funds to get ranches. That is the way to peace. Holding on to political power has in no way helped them to live better lives as it appears.

It further shows that the statement by miyetti Allah that they will not obey is backed by certain northern forces who give them the courage to carry out their terrorists acts. If we say the killing and seizing of lands by the Fulanis in southern Kaduna has the backing of state powers, who will dispute it?

If an educated person like this governor can tell us that grazing is the best practice in his state, then there is a big problem. What will it take to purchase lands even inside the forests where they hide to perpetrate their evil? How is it rocket science, quoting Fashola, for them to get grasses to feed their cows in ranches? That there is an attempt to colonize other cities, tribes and people is very evident in the decision of the northern governors against ranching.

Practice makes perfect, as they say. When we heard words like "an attack against boko haram is an attack against the north". If we juxtapose that with what is presently happening can we say honestly that these terrorists are not backed by people in positions of power?

At this rate, is it not better to go our separate ways?

You are fvcking right

I laugh when people talk of government agencies helping states to implement the law. Is it the police and other government agencies that are breaking bottles of beer in the North? States will use their vigilante or other developed state agencies. It's been a crude approach from hisbah police, so same can be applied. No be slaughter cow?

You must be an idiot for saying it's not enforceable now until your terrorist Fulani killed everyone down south. You will now know that Southern governor's will implement the law with immediate effect.
Like Federal government like Kaduna government. God forbids this man to rule this country, he will be worst than Buhari.

I agree with you. This midget will surely be the worst than the mannequin we have right now.
See the way Kaduna State has become as if no any other government has ever ruled there before.

This is a big question Southern Governors has not answered. How are they going to implement it? Not just passing anti-open gracing bill.

Fulani herdsmen dare them in Enugu when they were having meetings. Despite banning they pass through State assembly complex
The implementation started the very day Governor Akeredolu assented the bill in Ondo State. Arrests are being made and they are paying their fines. I must be sincere it's been long I saw them graze since he assented the bill. Amotekun in Ondo State are up to the task and have been doing well so far.

The cow business and setting up other business are they not the same? Cos am confused the cow that the herds are moving up and down is own by someone
1. As a farmer can I just to northern state and start farming without acquiring land for farming but this guy will just come to our forest without notice. The herds are not the owner of this cow let the owners go and expand their business like the way other business do. Am sick of this cow people.

I always wonder if this is the same el rufai that was the minister of fct.
If this is the same el rufai that i knew he was a first class student.
I am really disappointed with this man. Today, he is know as the governor that is mostly hit by Bandit because of his Tribalism. He refused to take actions against his kinsmen who are ravaging kaduna and eliminating the Christians in his state.
El rufai is asking the Federal govern to pay him 140 billion Naira to build ranches for cow.
140b Nara to finance a private business . Is this not insane?
A lot of graduates are on the street with nothing to do..someone is asking for 140billion nara to build ranches for cow that yield nothing in return except to be sold by owners and owners pocket the money.
140bNaira can do a lot if used to set up manufacturing companies that could employ people.
I always thought elrufai is one of the educated governors we have in Nigeria
But now i believe it a different thing to go to school and it another different thing to be learned. Elrufai only go to school.
