Please, I have been having issues with deleting contacts on my phone recently.
Each time I try to delete a contact. It says read-only account in this contact will be hidden not deleted.
After a couple of days, the contact will surface again.
Is anyone facing such problems? How do I deal with the situation?

I experienced this when I started using my phone but later, an update corrected it. I no longer experience it.

Go to your contact list and enter delete contacts first and select the particular one you want to delete. Don't enter the contact first and try deleting, it won't delete.

You have to do it like you want to delete multiple contacts at a time, then tick the particular one you want to delete and thank me later.

Your contacts is likely saved on google, so to delete it you’ll have to go to google contacts site or download the app and delete from there. If your contacts aren’t saved on google then it’s saved on another cloud and you’ll have to go directly to the cloud service your contacts is saved on to delete it.
