Please has anyone applied for an Administrative Review in the past few weeks/months and gotten a swift response within the UKVI 28days service standard period?
I applied for one guided by my University’s Student Advice Team and the staff that helped with the application said he’s gotten replies with 20days of submission. I don’t know how true this is because I’m seeing & hearing different scary stories about this. I just want to know what my chances are right now.

I hand to extend the loan in my account and my school resumes on the 27th of September, I need help guys, what can I do?
Could this nonstraight forward mail be as a result of me using a micro finance bank account I’m totally confused!!!! I’ve already bin enrolled online tho! But I’m depressed

Hey, I completely understand how you feel.
Can you contact the MFB (it should usually be a audit function) and find out if they've received any statement confirmation from the HO? What are the contact details on the statement of the MFB that you provided? Is it same as what I would see if I searched them online/google. In any case, explore that area, thats very likely where your delay is coming from.

Actually, very good point/question you've raised.
The HO has used the term dependants to mean quite very different things in the same situation.
A child dependant - (alongside application dependent) is usually associated with financial dependence or parental responsibility
A partner dependant 0- is usually application classification, less to do with financial dependence.

In any case, the answer in your case, is your sponsor can equally be your 'applicant dependant'.

1) Since he's my sponsor: does he qualify to be my dependent as well?

pls dont be depressed, jst b prayerful cos God answers prayers. I haven't heard of anyone that used MFB b4, buh I think u shud contact the manager of the branch to know if any mail was sent to him and I hope the MFB is registered under CBN and doesnt have traces of hankypanky as per previous applicants using dere, cos these people are wise and d moment they realised theres no much integrity about a branch, they scrutinize drastically. IN ALL PRAY TO GOD AND DONT LOSE HOPE. SHALLOM

Hi guys, a lady friend of mine was married( traditional only, (no court or white wedding was done) with 2 kids and got separated about 7years ago.

She has been the one catering 100% for the kids, and she wants to apply for study in the UK and possibly take her kids along.
Note: she has enough evidence of her expenses on the kids, e.g receipts of school fees, hospitals etc.

What other supporting evidence does she need, and how can she go about getting documents of sole custody?

You don’t need not to extend your loan since you have already submitted the form UKVI will use the statement as per the date you submit your statement. And you have 30 days cover for that as well.
