I need head on comparison between 2010 glk & 2012 RX 350 on; reliability, ride quality, routine maintenance cost, luxury. Any other thing to watch out for like common problem associated with both ride.

The GLK is actually a pretty solid car, but the RX is considerably better all-round.

Reliability: Not much in it, but mechanical parts for the RX are probably cheaper.
Ride quality: The RX rides better.
Luxury: The RX is better.

Chairman been think of glk due to the same engine on RX being 2GR & uncle already bought glk for wifey. As for me I already know it's RX for me maybe he can go for glk later down the line we compare performance & cost of ownership.

I only love the ground clearance especially front bumper side but RX seem to have something like cover raised to touch front bumper since the days of RX 300, such might be prone to elevated objects hitting on it. My little fear shaa

I'm interested in knowing why that said RAV4 with 2GR failed.
As far as I can tell, no 2GR is problematic. They're extremely reliable and rugged. Though they they may not be as smooth as the M272 or M276 in the GLK.

Avoid the MDX.

Go for the RAV4.

Honda Pilot should be your second option for exclusivity.

The mdx is a great car better than the rav 4 and pilot and very reliable. But it's a performance oriented luxury machine. Therefore it's higher maintenance compared to the other two and it has poor fuel economy. Your best bet is the rav 4.
