Very Few could start with meat at meals.

It's not always that oga.... Even with the economy, there are many people here that eat good food and more than enough and yet they don't look big from the perspective in which you are coming from.

The fact is that the food eaten here is more organic than that in the western world. Most food over there are gmo and also laced with things.

There are other prosperous countries in the world, especially in Asia, you don't see most of their folks struggling with obesity because they eat healthy despite their booming and buoyant economy and abundance of food and lots of delicacies available to them.

Nothing new here, kids of this generation are bigger than their age, due to the yummy yummy food they eat
