Hello I have the same occurrence here, on one page it says arrived at destination country and the other it says Received by the delivery company.
I'm confused, does it means it has been sent to Ibadan post which is my location or it's still held in lagos awaiting sorting or whatever they do to the items?

It's about a week + now and it wasn't like this before, in less than week the items should be collected.
Do I need to visit the post or something?
I'll appreciate if anyone can help me out here.

Also I have a parcel that says "Arrived at Speedaf - Nipost" that's pretty weird as it's the first time seeing that and I've not gotten my package for more than 2 weeks now. Also I see it's a new development and people have started complaining about the same thing recently so I know I'm not alone lol �. I hope we find a solution to that soon.

Had a similar issue recently. What you have is arrived at destination not arrived at destination country. It won't come. Mine did and everyone on this thread with the same issue didn't get it. You can wait it out though till 75days den open dispute

Issue is that, EMS don't bargain with NCS irrespective of how ridiculous the charge is unlike DHL and others. So, avoid EMS no matter what you're shipping in.

Forget story, NCS can charge you N5000 for a good worth N0.

And the item costs just 4 thousand naira. So I wonder why NCS should be salivating over such cheap consignment.

, it's so sad that I have waited for this item for almost two months and now this. I didn't know Ali Express Standard shipping method was this problematic, all of my previous orders have come without any issues, I probably got unlucky this time.

Can't say for sure really. I have 2 items that landed yesterday via PostNL and both were checked by NCS.

You may not get billed as I've had such scenario before. Probably just a routine.

The EMS is just an update, not the last mile. I think they have a central database they're all connected to somehow.

I have been reading this thread of recent to learn about the best way to get an item bought in China cheaply and safely to Nigeria. Speedaf seems to be an option that people love here.

The one problem I'm having is that I have seen something like Speedaf-NIPOST. I try to avoid the government institution as much as possible.

I was wondering: isn't it allowed to simply select Speedaf as the shipping agent without having anything to do with NIPOST?

Going by what you posted above, you'll get it.

Let's bombard speedaf call centers with complaints so this nonsense 'speedaf-nipost' can stop and our items recovered. Nobody knows exactly where our items are. You call speedaf and they tell you to go to nearest post office. You get there only to be told your item isn't with them and the issue is same with everyone. Speedaf should retrieve our items from wherever they dropped it cos it's frustrating already. Nipost is ineffecient right from time hence polluting speedaf with this unholy marriage of late.

It's really frustrating. Giving to freelancing individuals for pickup, that's if they don't have a physical office in a particular location, is far better than this latest nipost collabo rubbish.

Okay. So there is this item that on the AliExpress tracking info has reached destination country since 10th and hasn't been updated since then which is quite unusual. It is on speedaf.

Then I bumped into people talking about speedaf-nipost collabo here which I though didn't affect any of my items.

So out of curiosity, I decided to track it on speedaf's own website and guess what? The last update where it is stuck in is speedaf-nipost.

Guess I'm in for some terrible treat.

Screenshot on the left is the info provided on AliExpress item page (missing the speedaf-nipost uodate) while the screenshot on the right is that provided by Speedaf website.

So shall we assume that speedaf China isn't aware of this unholy union of speedaf Nigeria with nipost?
