My fiance applied for a UK visit visa recently with the help of an agent and the application was denied based on him not able to prove that he will return after his visit and he was not banned. The agent submitted that he was married with a kid and include a fake religion marriage certificate and birth certificate and in the real sense he was not. We are doing our court wedding this week and he can apply has my dependant by November to join over. I have my visa already and will be traveling next week. how Can we go about the other marriage certificate included in his application and the fake name included. Thank you God bless you all

Basirat dear, I don't know how possible that will be o. You said the application was made recently, so it's still fresh on their system. That means the divorce papers have to be recent too, and coming on the heels of your own genuine marriage to him. And to get legal divorce papers for a sham marriage? That's one violation on top of another. Honestly, to cover this lie, you'll need to tell more lies, it's not looking good sincerely. He might even jeopardize your own visa.

Might not sound good but just let this one slide, men still plenty.

I strongly doubt that.
You only get state-sponsored nursery education if your child is over 3, number of hours varies from 15 hours in England to 30 in Scotland.

You will need more than a marriage certificate except your have made a previous successful joint application.

A while back in June, if my memory serves me correctly! quite a number of individuals came here asking questions about single ladies who are applying alone for student visa. One guy in particular was asking the single ladies to contact him privately for further details ,my guess back then was marriage arrangement for visa purposes.

Fast forward, and suddenly alot of individuals are having trouble with proving their marriage status to ukvi ,seems like people that are not genuinely married have been sending in application hence the scrutiny to marriage applications. The flip side of this, is that both genuine and fake marriages would be giving the same treatment thus making it frustrating for the genuine applicants.

I honestly hope people dont mess up this process through bad behaviour, ukvi would be forced to change some rules if people persist with this type of bad behaviour.

If you do not have your fees, either by personal savings, firm commitment from family/ friends or on scholarship…… please do not test UK universities. Their sponsorship license is more important to them.

Our country man came to the information desk very disturbed and begging not to be sent back to Nigeria because cultist will k*ll him.

He was unable to pay the 50% fees pre- registration and had written to the school to defer his admission for a year (after landing). The school in turn withdrew his admission and sponsorship ( as HEP with a track record) and reported same.

UKVI has cancelled/withdrawn his visa.

Who school help right? If one fails to register for their program, same applies.

If one chooses to be in the category that cannot travel anywhere (even back home), cannot work, cannot rent, always watching your back…. Then by all means.

Also, some schools insist on balance 50% as one payment, no installments. Check before you apply.

Firstly i am not married, secondly i already gained a january 2021 admission. So its not me but my friend.

Use the name that will appear on your passport. Get affidavits to back things up where it's necessary.

Heard Nigerians are ditching school to go and 'hustle' instead and others just do more than the 20 hrs/week allotted during the school session

I suspect UKVI will be stricter next year

Just feels like Nigerians just know-how to ruin everything by default

Did my Biometrics on the 8th of Sept at Ikeja with Priority payment, decided to send a mail to the Pretoria DMC , they responded yesterday that a decision was made on my application since the 13th of September, no explanation as to why my passport has not been received by TLS. It can be very confusing how this process works honestly, I just feel down.

Please who has been able to phathom why a decision that has been made on an application since 13 th of September still has not been communicated to the VAC. This is my case. I am just confused.

Balance of her School fees is £4,500
living expenses £9207
Dependent living Expenses 6500*3 £ 19500

Total : £33,207 using oanda rate of 563 total in naira is 18,698,400 but we have like 21M plus in the account incase of fluctuations.....

based on the above can myself and the kids use same POF to apply once her Visa is out.

We should move the fund that covers myself and 2 kids (£6500*3) 19500 into my own account and use that to apply for myself and the kids.

Also can the fund also be in any of the kids account, we actually make the school fee payment(FORM A) through of my kids account.

Please which bank are we going to use for the POF.. my question is predicated on the ground that some banks don't respond to UK embassy, when calls are made to verify the POF.
