When you are not pragmatic, you base everything on faith and forget the work part.

When everything you do tied to a religious inclination. You are allowed to have your own opinion about things.
Its very obvious that there is no way that we as human can be completely objective, but sometimes you have to be objective.

When what your pastor says, becomes the word of God, and then you begin to grow some God complex yourself, anything you say, you want absolute obedience, when anyone especially those below you disobey, you make sure they are punished, just to prove a point that your view or opinion is the best, even when you see things work out well for them when they disobey, you attribute it to the fact that you prayed for them

I think its when people are just too religious in their thinking . I know a beautiful woman who almost every time I call her she's in church or going to church . She goes to church almost everyday but she's not a pastor . Nigerians are generally too religious but not really god fearing .

Morality and church are not synonymous. Many bad people are found in the church.

. Because they are the most hypocrite ever. I can never employ someone that is too Religious because they will use their Christian Life to ruin your business. And more so they are most wicked people, they are like Pharisees and saducces.
