3-4 weeks? Your environment must be really cold.

Try wrapping the plantains with a kitchen towel, put them in a plastic (nylon) bag, tie the bag and keep in a warm place (like near the refrigerator) for 1-2 days.
After that, you unwrap them. They’ll ripen in no time after that.
Don’t forget to bring them out of the bag, or they might go bad.

No sunlight, I will put them in a polythene bag and keep close to the heating section of the fridge or container.

No force the poor plantain na grin
Cut and dry them for amala.

I usually throw mine away when it remains green after a week.
I believe the plantain chemistry was altered at some point.

I finally got to taste Munch it.
I got four different flavors, and I kinda like them (although, they were too seasoned)

The blue one (cheesy stix) which I liked the most, tasted like mildly seasoned plantain chips.
The green one (sour cream and onion) tasted like pringles - too seasoned.
The pink one (sweet surprise) lived up to its name; it tasted like it was seasoned with ketchup.
The red one (classic delight) was just it....
