Musa Yahaya needs to get out of Portugal QUICK and relaunch his career. How a midfielder with incredible ball control ended up as a defender still baffles. Today, he is now struggling to get game time in the Segunda Liga. In life one needs to know when to reset. |

Kog45: Realistically, both Iwobi and Aina with their present form and the competition in the English team won't have amassed up to 5 caps together with England.... They picked the easier option.... We are getting the crumbs.... 2 Likes |

Joebie: He should have gotten out of Porto long ago... He got too comfortable there! He was one of the most talented player in that U-17 class of 2013... I'd put him behind Iheanacho self... |

The irony of the matter is Iwobi scored against England. Football can be funny. These players start to appreciate the country who gave them a chance more and more as they mature with the team. Danielnino00: |

Sainty92:His agent swayed him to play for Algeria. Then again, playing alongside Mahrez, Atal, Benhrama, Bennacer etc is more tempting than playing for us. 2 Likes |

Meanwhile Pinnick has been deceiving us with all these fake sponsorship deals. In what sane world would a coach accept this nonsense? Maigari > Pinnick ×100000000.

Those who want to play for Nigeria will play for Nigeria. It will be impossible to stop them. IF any player eligible for Nigeria is called up once and they say they need time to decide, that's fine. We leave it there. When they have finished thinking about it THEY should inform the NFF and they will be invited to join camp and fight for a shirt. IF they decide not to join that's also fine, we move on swiftly. Some will join us and some will not. What we must however do is give them the chance by inviting them ONCE. The reason i say we need to invite them and make it public is to avoid lies coming out further down the road. e.g Gabby Agbonlahor. Anyone who knows him knows he is 100% Brummie and I am sure the thought of playing for Nigeria over England would have made him laugh deep down. There was no chance of that happening in 1 million years! Now he has retired with a grand total of 3 England Caps to his name he always says he picked England because NFF didnt reach out to him. Lies! e.g Fikayo Tomori. Eligible for Canada, England and Nigeria. He has already come out to say he wasn't contacted by the NFF. This is not true. He is still one England 1 cap since his debut in 2019 against Kosovo. We are watching.... We are the Super Eagles of Nigeria!! The country may be crap but the Super Eagles is without doubt the biggest brand in International Football on the African Continent. If you doubt me ask furcknig Nike!! *drops the mic* 23 Likes |

Danielnino00:I got you right my man. Olise is a crumb right?so nothing fuss about his decision to play for Algeria. My question is why Algeria?and if that decision was football reasoning then bye bye to him. I will never cry over a player that choose Algeria over Nigeria. 1 Like |

Well, his mom is Algerian. Although the report says it's the agent leading him in that direction, I still doubt that. He still feels strongly connected to the country of his Mom. If na Nigeria we dey, it's easier to identify with the father's side. Let's wait to hear something from him. Let's not forget, this guy walked out of the press when he was asked after he was name to our standby list. edi287: |

Oga sir. Why does it matter? The issue is that you are not getting the player. To me it makes no difference. He could feel more strongly towards Algeria. These things are subjective. Kog45: |

There seem to be lots of low self esteem individuals on here because I can't seem to fathom the worry on this olise case. In a country that recently produced world class talents like ndidi, osimehn, chukwueze and iheanacho. And have the likes of ejuke, moffi, awoniyi and Sadiq on the sideline - our goal is to focus on grassroots level and keep applying pressure. We have lots of osimehn waiting to explode. Nigeria should never ever beg anyone to play for us because we're a football country and aggregating our population, talents are bountiful. Personally, I will pick Chidera ejuke over Olise but that's just my opinion 14 Likes 1 Share |

Danielnino00: Aina as it stands yes, Iwobi no. We are not getting the crumbs. Aina wanted to play for us, Aina has the potentials, if he conscientiously develops his game, we won't be saying this. I want you to know that Ndidi has so much improved his game, same with Iheanacho. The lheanacho of Leicester city has improved so much from the Iheanacho of Manchester city. Aina can toll the same path. |
