Please, is there a particular period a marriage is supposed to have lasted before one can apply for dependant (spouse) visa? Like, can one get married this month and apply for dependant visa next month?

Yes you can’t as long as you are holding student visa.

Calm your nerves and get the PSW then you are as free as bird to do any business you want.

Just keep to your student visa rules just for one year.. I mean one year!!! Trouble free and you have the rest of your time to work or do business. Seriously is that difficult?

My agent advice I do mine first and start their application immediately I get my visa if asked if I will be going with my children’s I will tell them yes but after I settle down

Be there by 8:30am.
For assisted service, go with all your academic documents esp those listed on the CAS. Your financial documents and Intl passport.
You don't need passport photograph.
Do photocopy of your passport.
Also the checklist (I'm not sure if it is available for assisted service)

pls concerning that financial document, is it the same one I submitted b4 to my university as POF with the exact date that I would bring to TLS Abuja, or am I supposed to go to the bank today to get a fresh Proof of Fund financial statement?

Yes you do.. A lot of UK university accepts 2.2. Teesside, Coventry. Bradford. There's a whole lot of them
