My birthday is fast approaching and my wish is that starting from October 7th am able to build complete and rent my the self contained apartments, God's willing.
And I hope it will be done and dusted by 60days starting from my birthday so probably by December 7 i should be through.

So far ₦69800 spent I bought granites and shovel which is included.
So hopefully the building starts October 7th which will be my day 1,I hope you guys will follow me on 60days building project.

Hopefully by his grace I plan to use 60days for this starting from Monday 4th 2021 instead of my birthday date to reduce accumulated stressed that comes with digging of foundation and the pouring.

So to everyone that will be following please help me to subscribe to my channel at your will.
This place am building this houses is not my town or have any relationship with this place,I only saw an opportunity of cheap land here and I struggled to buy one, then was surprised that labour is cheap and grab it and started pushing.

Presently land has increased compared to the time I bought but is still affordable. And the way is done here,if you have money like a million, because I now know every one here you work up to the land owners and ask if he is selling his land. Reason is that at some point most times landlord needs to sell their land buyers are not readily available.

5) completion of sucks way pit

One thing is to dream, another thing is to work it out, this are my dreams God give me strength to work it out.

Day1
5bags of cement bought ₦18000
Digging, Pegging and mixing I paid a total of ₦12000 for day 1 labour.watch the video to see how my day went.
My anxiousness was high because I didn't want to spend above ₦15000 for service.
The land in question I was given for ₦20,000 because is a dry pit.

I am surprised that your mason charges N30 per block for setting. Is that the prevailing rate in your area?

In some states, its N60-80 per block

Yes you are right ,the original charges is ₦45 but we excluded help assistance of ₦15 which we carry out by ourselves.
I hope he don't increase as the project progresses.

Day 6

We had some left over filling sand plus the one I bought ₦14000 I paid₦6000 for someone to pack it.
It took me 3days to look for people to pack the filling sand until our tenant came to our rescue and pack it with her kids within a day.

So the total expenses made till this day is;
₦310,000
₦110,000 for sinking borehole
₦200,000 for building the house up to dpc and the complete building of the general b&t
The good thing is that I still left over materials
Sharp sand and 6 and half bag of cement.

Re: Follow Me On My low Cost House Building Journey(highest ROI by Capeverde: 6:18am On Oct 19, 2021
So I was able to mould 265 blocks and bought two new trip of sand last week hoping to start my day8 yesterday Monday 18th 2021.
But there was a chaos, a boy came to my site and misbehave with my work out of foolishness.
Engineer called me but I have to put him on the hold to be calm and resolve things.

Too much challenges after the first week of my new project, firstly it was a misunderstanding at home and it took through the second week to be resolved.
Hoping to start my day 7 at the third week only for me to get an unexpected visitor.
The younger brother of the man that sold this place am using came to break the building the pictures of what he did coming up.

It all depends on your commitment to work and target too.
For example I made ₦25000 for 25kg I bought ₦35000 last month.
