It is interesting to note that the same Akanu Ibiam denounced his white baptizimal name "Francis" in protest as well.

The disunity we have today were all created by Abia and Imo from sacking non Indigenes to implementing policies targeting others.

You are right. Imo state Igbos are one of the most educated and progressive igbos. This discriminatory behaviour is an Anambra thing and funny enough I read a study that shows that Anambra is partly igala. They are very mixed...You will find the real non-mixed igbos around imo/Abia...
