You won't rest in peace.
Liar

Powerhouse5050:

I hope she has something valuable also

It is because of people like her many innocent people studied in prison, all she want is for someone to be hanged .

Evidences does not matter to her,as long as a black male committed a crime, any blackmail is okay to be made responsible.

Maybe that is what justice means to her

So you’re okay with incriminating yourself even more and ruining your chances of a lighter sentence for the sake of exposing corruption?

Exposing corruption was not my objectives, my main objective was to get myself out of the corruption

You guys talk about taken plea and so on on yesterday

Would you allow someone close to you to take a plea for a crime they did not commit?

If there was no evidence to prove my innocence that is understandable but this things wasn't just right from the beginning.

Maybe you are right and that's okay but just as u have said u are not the one who need help .....however you are neither the prosecutor nor police too , then why are you against people that want to help me.

Since you are not the person in need of help

Could you please tell people if you are the jury or judge, maybe prosecutor or a police ? Because it seems you don't know who you are ....

Stop deflecting. You have people here willing to help you. Why are you wasting time going back and forth over who I am? Respect these people’s time and efforts.

I don’t care if you believe me or not however I am going to say that he has a record of outbursts, even in open court. He also has a record of asking personal and intrusive questions and treating everyone taking part in legal proceedings as if they are on trial and he will decide THEIR fate.

Again: a judge doesn’t impose one of the longest sentences in American history because of just racism.

Proceed

I believe you. I have seen the outburst with my own eyes and i can only imagine similar outbursts on the witness stand.

Na by that one? If he is innocent like he has always maintained,, Not even the highest judge can overthrow God's judgement in his life..... I really believe this guy is innocent of this very crime but probably paying for another thing entirely (my opinion tho).

It is uncultured to insult people here.

Whether those needing help, those questioning, or the onlookers.

Name-calling is not a common goal.

We have gotten here so far because some people asked questions.

Silent observers too will underscore the fact that standing alone in a court like that wasn't a best option. But what could he have done when his lawyers were demons looking so nice?

I appreciate the questions and constructive criticisms.

Please, calling sb a liar is okay, but it is pretty nice with evidence.

I believe we are not here to make sure he remains confined in prison if he is innocent, no one is. And believe me, 1stGenAmerican is not that hearted.

But you know, when you provoke sb, there will be a cause to react.

Read the whole thing from page one and you'll understand the common mistakes you will discover...not necessarily lies.

Honestly, we are making progress...

Thanks.

Funny enough, most of you talking about his outburst, can never remain calm when you see that all your efforts to prove your innocent is been rubbished by someone who sees herself as demi-god.

Mate, I'd say save the back and forth as it has no bearing on your objective, rather it hinders you and obfuscate the truth whatever that might be.

Stick to why you are here, your objective, answer pertinent questions succinctly and stick to the facts/ evidence you want to share.

One thing separates you from everyone on here, you are incarcerated, we are not.

If you are innocent as you claim, don't keep speaking and advocating for yourself but at the same time, save your energy for the fight that matters..the fight for your freedom.

Sure. Since you asked I will be truthful.

I’ll reiterate what I have said in previous replies: the court and the prosecution has a method and set channels of extracting evidence from sources. With regards to cellular devices and records, they get both a sealed copy of the call history via subpoena from the carrier PLUS data reports directly from the Cellular Towers which includes an engineer’s report.
If your evidence is introduced and it has different information from the pieces of evidence acquired from the methodical sources, then theirs will supersede.

Also, by introducing all of your forms of evidence, you are opening the door for them to pick through them piece by piece, scrutinize, authenticate, call you to the stand several times (and your answer must be near exact each time).

My opinion is that you will harm yourself if you present what you have presented here. I am also going to advise you to stop representing yourself and seek legal guidance when filing motions.

Dude stop posting, you are not helping your case one bit, even here in the UK what you are doing now will kill any chance of getting even a slim justice. You are making a huge mistake here.

People supporting you are not helping you. work with your lawyers and stop making their case even more difficult.

Okay thank you

Here is what you need to know , I did not get any of the evidences from independent source

The phone call record and all others were part of my discoveries.....

t all the documents I am presenting to the world came from my discovery, including trial transcript

The trial transcripts that I am showing here came directly from the court clerk......

E the GPS came from the discoveries, I decided to ditch the GPS because my appellate said it put me within 7 miles radius of the crime location, she said it can be argued.
She want us to limit out argument to facts that could not be disprove.....

There are many errors on this case because the foundation was not true but we limited it to constitutional errors only and that include prosecution misconduct, tampering with evidence and the judge abuse of discretion.

I appreciate the concise explanation behind your intentions and I will give you my honest and professional opinion. I warn you, it is a long but thorough read.

I remember someone asking (I think it was you) what the jury used to convict. To answer that question, they used a combination of elements, one being the defendants own “slip ups”. Others may have differing opinions however I feel that his best shot is to appeal the length of the sentence and not the guilty verdict. My reason? Because a combination of elements came together for a conviction, his attorney would have to fight each one of those elements and from the evidence that is present in the case file, a win on that angle is nearly impossible.

He should speak one on one to the attorney currently working on his appeal or if he chooses, a new one he retains. He needs to tell that attorney everything regarding this crime and subsequent case, even the things that only he and God know and by law, his attorney cannot break confidentiality. From the brutal truth, the attorney can build a case to appeal the sentence using factors derived from his/her dealings with the defendant, any progress or education that the defendant has gained (btw, in the US, prison inmates can get a college degree or certification free of charge), how and why he is remorseful, and how he plans to serve his shortened sentence and go on to lead a productive and non-violent life upon his release. The rest of the components of the argument (precedence, etc.) will be completed by the attorney.

Lastly, I shall tell you that not all defendants make good witnesses nor do all do well in open court. In the US, prosecution teams, jury members, etc. can be taught to study body language, voice inflection, and other visible signs of deception. You witnessed how easy it was for me to get the defendant to speak in his own hand so imagine how a prosecution attorney with 3 to 4 times my experience would bend him to and fro. With all due respect, it is really hard to out slick a prosecutor with a record of convictions that is greater than 80%. Add in the knowledge of the rest of the prosecution team and it’s basically a locomotive that a cardboard wall is trying to hold back.

Again, which route his attorney takes the appeal needs to be completed by the attorney with only the requested input from the defendant. I forgot to mention that the type of evidence (documents, etc.) presented on this forum by the defendant are easily challenged and dispelled and are not truly admissible in court, especially since most are pieces that he constructed on his own. The types of “evidence” that he presented will indeed hurt him much more than help him. Factual evidence that cannot be tampered with or manipulated (example: data on a phones location derived directly from the cellular tower) is what is admissible.

The defendant consistently gave me the impression that he felt as though knew more about the US Justice system than everyone else, even those handling his trial. Strictly my opinion- Some of the many motions filed on his behalf were basically wild goose chases that wasted the court’s time and money; some of the points he insisted on arguing were moot from the get-go.

Truth be told, the defendant should either delete everything that he has posted on this forum regarding his case or beg the Mods to close and delete the two threads. If the US Prison System caught men like John Gotti, Sammy the Bull, et. al relaying messages and making plans from inside a prison then surely it will be no problem for them to catch the Defendant. Many have tried some of the things that he is determined to try and they have failed. He should keep in mind that if he loses this appeal, there are no more buttons on Gabriel’s coat. He will get no other chances.

In a nutshell, the defendant will have to work with God on humbling himself and working with his attorney for the best case scenario, not a nearly impossible outcome. Drop the arrogance, the defensiveness, and ACT AS THOUGH he wants mercy because simply asking for it will not cut it.

IF the Defendant had the money for a high powered defense attorney, that attorney can take the appeal several different ways however that will take money, real money. This would be a great time for the defendant to liquidate those six SUVs that he states he bought with cash AND get more cash from his original source for his trip to the US. I know of a very assertive defense attorney with a reputation of winning however his retainer alone would probably be impossible for the defendant to raise. The defendant should probably stick with his current attorney since it seems like his only option.

And that is my opinion.

Thanks a lot for this detailed and dispassionate response. This is really an eye opener.

So far Mr Bah has refused to see reasons and do the right thing, probably he’s suicidal.

Legal counsel, if nothing else, can act as a buffer and a filter. Think about each and every time you went before a judge and argued those 18 motions. You cannot take back what you have said on each occasion, even when it contradicts what you said on a prior occasion.

Last time: For your sake, you HAVE an attorney. Stop sabotaging yourself and allow that attorney to work.
