If this is confirmed true, that's a solid evidence there.

Yes, someone was convicted of her rape based on evidence including medical records. That she was raped is not in doubt.

The 6 SUVs were apparently fictitious as there is no record or trace of them as was the $150,000 supposedly spent on legal fees. The tab for all the legal fees was paid by the county and the state.

Please don’t waste your time debating with someone who does not have the thinking capacity needed to accept the basic facts of this case. Whether or not this child was raped was never in question. Fact: she was raped. That fact makes all of the other perverted foolishness about possible sexual activity, etc. totally irrelevant.

That whole setup spiel mentioned in the comments of a random gossip blog sounds crazy to anyone who is looking at this case from a factual point of view. This crime was not the result of a setup but instead the work of one man.

So I guess you are seeing what I see.

No grip on reality and how things work in the real world. Even if the convicted was to start spilling details of some wild, far-fetched conspiracy, it would not lead to his conviction being overturned. In the eyes of the court, he was given ample time (at least 3 years) to cooperate with his attorney and build his case and he failed to do so. A person convicted of a crime just can’t arbitrarily decide to “come clean” and expect the court reconvene and set him free.

The rape apologist’s attitude and declarations reflect the attitude of Bah which is what led to the crime in the first place. I guess neither realizes that the Western world holds a totally different view of the crime.

Regarding your question about the transcript review, I too would love to know.

You might have personal conviction that Mr Bah didn't rape any individual, others have personal conviction that Mr Bah did rape the 13 year old minor. All these convictions don't mean shit. The only conviction that matters is that of the court, and the court has convicted. So, if you can't help the OP with your personal convictions then keep quiet instead of polluting the thread with stupid and irrelevant posts, and allow those that can help guide him. You have not made any suggestions that can help Mr Bah so far.

I am disappointed at your demeanor on this thread and on the whole case. I don't know if you are truly guilty or innocent, because from the little I have read, your story does not add up. You sound just too arrogant, especially for a convicted man attempting to prove his innocence. You came here seeking for help and your overbloated ego will drive away those that can help you. You never know whence help will come in your time of despair and desperation. Help usually comes from unexpected quarters.
You need to humble yourself. You don't expect everyone to believe you, even Jesus himself could not convince everybody. You never know if such doubter would be the one to save you.
