justwise:The whole rape saga, might never have occurred.. Could you imagine the extent someone can go to? To make sure his debts are forfeited? This is a crime ring we might be drooling over. His mission to the States was probably initially have been to chase an 'AZAMAN.' Or perhaps men. Corelate this with the efforts taken by the defendant in transforming cash into assets, to be drifted away from the shores of the US. Maybe you can brief us about the reasons why public records ain't restricted, but limited to the public about this case. For someone on triple life sentences to declare that he's so far spent $150,000 on lawyers? Apart from those SUV'sb( 6 SUV's, irrespective of the models; in barely 2 months)? I'm appalled!!! He's worth more than 10 times that: I'm sure of. So why fire three different public defense attorneys? In addition. Who in his right state of mind will leave Japan innocent as postulated and backed by the Interpol, decide to forfeith all his sums just to simply enjoy the rape and sodomy of a 13 year old? You should browse and even check porn sites to acknowledge not just rape; but the processes and pains involved in first time anal sex! Can that ever occur in a close by woods? By the way; what time did the crime occur? He's hiding somethings. I was blunt, and I take responsibility if accorded the chance to cross examine both the victim and the accused. I come in good faith. Thank you. Cc JustWise |

1stGenAmerican:And from the transcript, the attacker was not wearing anything on his face during the attack. If this is confirmed true, that's a solid evidence there. Unless the the OP can prove it is false testimony, the focus should be on appeal of the sentence itself. |

temblor1:How did you arrive at that speculation? She might be sexually active (with her fellow teen). In fact lots of 13 year American teens physically look way beyond their age. You easily mistake them for 18 if you were not told. Still, the question of virginity doesn't come in question at all. If you ask that kind of question in court, you will be reprimanded by the judge. |

justwise:Sure. Being sick is acceptable, than being confined for life on earth, in heaven, in hell, and an additional 27740 days if ever a rebirth exists. We humans can be quite unimaginable.. Whoever is honestly and factually interested in this case, must throw moral caution out of the window, if ever a headway can be made. |

temblor1:Yes, someone was convicted of her rape based on evidence including medical records. That she was raped is not in doubt. |

temblor1:I consume a lot of American news, Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, TYT, the list is endless and i see how some Trump supporters speak and behave, in my mind i thought they are bunch of despicable and deplorable human being but not until i read some of your posts here. So what will make the likes of jeffrey epstein, R.Kelly, Micheal Jackson, jimmy savile etc with all their money and celerity status to sleep with minors/young girls? |

Good morning all! So I have been following this thread since yesterday.I dug further on a comment posted by someone from the other thread.whereby a comment was made on a lindaikeji post some 8 months ago.The person infact 2 people stated they knew the OP and worked with him n Houston and that OP was involved in kind of some fraudulent d....g dealings and tried to outsmart the other party and they set him up.So OP needs to come out with the truth on some things. |

Any sane person following this story has removed most of the tall tales by now. The 6 SUVs were apparently fictitious as there is no record or trace of them as was the $150,000 supposedly spent on legal fees. The tab for all the legal fees was paid by the county and the state. |

Grace990:So many emotional and gullible folks exists. As far as I'm concerned, this case had nothing to do with rape. Just a ploy people like the famous Super Cop ' ABBA KYARI' employed in subduing the misfits in illegal dealings. |

wirinet:Please don’t waste your time debating with someone who does not have the thinking capacity needed to accept the basic facts of this case. Whether or not this child was raped was never in question. Fact: she was raped. That fact makes all of the other perverted foolishness about possible sexual activity, etc. totally irrelevant. That whole setup spiel mentioned in the comments of a random gossip blog sounds crazy to anyone who is looking at this case from a factual point of view. This crime was not the result of a setup but instead the work of one man. |

How many 13 year olds that have been molested and abused, by trusted one's such as parents and guardians? Quite many. Most of whom can be easily coerced. This is simply a set up, and the mob have invaded this forum. If they can conspire to get him in jail, may the Lord's will prevail. Powerhouse5050, keeping mum with this exposition will do you more harm than good. It's left for you to clear the air and indict your accomplice's that framed you. To be frank! A deal went sour, and Mr Bah must be deleted. I fear for his life at the moment, more than that sentence. If he can't state his mission objective in the US, all these cant save nor help him. Who leaves Japan for tourist visit to Georgia, for a duration of more than two months! Many have asked how I can help. To be honest, I'm helpless since Mr Bah prefers incarceration than Justice. |

OMG! ROTFL ![]() Are you kidding me? But seriously, there should be a tip line for the US embassy to make sure certain characters never step foot on its soil. Imagine an adult with such convictions! Full blown rape apologist utterances are now being fully spouted . Meanwhile. . . . . . what’s the status of the supporters’ club 1200 page transcript review? |

It is to my personal conviction, Mr Bah didn't rape nor molest any individual. You guys can mob the thread, but not me. What has age got to do with your submissions? Yahoo Yahoo boy's and drug Lords take note. No matter your resources, righteousness shall prevail. Righteousness2, kindly say a word and a prayer for our fellow Nigerian youth whom have ditched their destinies. Shalom. |

MMotimo:So I guess you are seeing what I see. No grip on reality and how things work in the real world. Even if the convicted was to start spilling details of some wild, far-fetched conspiracy, it would not lead to his conviction being overturned. In the eyes of the court, he was given ample time (at least 3 years) to cooperate with his attorney and build his case and he failed to do so. A person convicted of a crime just can’t arbitrarily decide to “come clean” and expect the court reconvene and set him free. The rape apologist’s attitude and declarations reflect the attitude of Bah which is what led to the crime in the first place. I guess neither realizes that the Western world holds a totally different view of the crime. Regarding your question about the transcript review, I too would love to know. |
| Re: Follow Up: Nigerian Locked Up for the Case of Rape —The Walk, The End. by wirinet(m): 7:54pm On Oct 14, 2021 |
temblor1:You might have personal conviction that Mr Bah didn't rape any individual, others have personal conviction that Mr Bah did rape the 13 year old minor. All these convictions don't mean shit. The only conviction that matters is that of the court, and the court has convicted. So, if you can't help the OP with your personal convictions then keep quiet instead of polluting the thread with stupid and irrelevant posts, and allow those that can help guide him. You have not made any suggestions that can help Mr Bah so far. |

wirinet:Can y'all just shut the fvck up on this arrogance of a thing. Y'all are sounding stupid. Should the OP now keep quiet to all your insults and accusation like a meek goat, have you ever been locked up? The man is entitled to express himself, he is flesh and blood just like me and you, it's like you think this case is black and white, all the guy did was to challenge those that were accusing him, how is that arrogance, I swear this shit is pissing me off, just because he's in jail and he needs help, he should be sucking all your d!cks right |
