I am fully vaccinated but I was told I still need to have a backup quarantine plan before my departure. Do anyone know any approved quarantine hotel or location where I can make a 14 day reservation without making a deposit payment.

Thank you

Hello Bayor

The Visa officer really took his/her time to analyse your application and you must also take your time to give a convincing response to their concerns..

First, you didn't show enough proof to show the relationship between you and your uncle. Convincing the Visa officer of your relationship with a 3rd party sponsor is very very compulsory and important cos the Visa officers always have issues with sponsors that aint parents of the applicant, so 3rd party sponsor application must be really convincing in proofing the relationship of the applicants with the 3rd party sponsor. Add pictures of you and your uncle, or pictures of yourself, your parents and your Uncle, if your uncle has sponsored you in any educational or career activities.

Second, the Visa officer is not convinced of the credibility of the financial support of your sponsor, you failed to address what your sponsor does i.e the source of his income.. You will need to submit all his business documents including transaction receipts, CAC documents e.t.c that is if he is a businessman.. If he is working, you will need to submit his Employment letter, Promotion letters, pay slips, official Id Card e.t.c.

Thirdly, you failed to convince the Visa Officer that you are established in your home country.. Are you working or you do business, you need to show relevant documents to back up your claims as regards your establishments in your home country. Visa officers do not approve an applicant that isn't well established in his/her home country because they believe such an individual will pose a threat to their beloved country and won't return back to his/her home country after his/her studies in Canada.. So proof to them that you will indeed return back to your country(even though I know you won't) to continue your business or get a better Job with the experience you had gained in Canada or better still build your own company, something just to prove to them that indeed you are gonna come back.. You can submit an Affidavit of Return to convince the Visa Officer..

Lastly, your home ties.. It's kinda related to my third point, prove to them that you have every reason to come back to your home country.. If you are married, your spouse is a strong Home tie, because no one will leave his WIfe or her Hubby in Nigeria and run away.. Also your aged --parents can also be a strong home tie, tell them you are coming back home to reunite with your lovely parents and take good care of them just the way you have been doing before leaving the country for Canada.. If you are a businessman, talk about how important your business is to you, and you wont leave it an stay put in Canada.. e.t.c You know what I am talking about, I shouldn't spoon feed you on everything you should write...

Most importantly, you must work on your LOE and SOP.. Even if the applicants have the required documents and fail to convince the Visa officer through the LOE and SOP, it can still lead to a refusal... As we all know, the LOE and SO is the mouth piece of all applicants to the Visa Officer when it comes to Canada study Visa application because there is nothing like a one on one Interview like the way we have it with other Countries...

Work on this and re-fire and I believe you will get your Visa this time..

Makano

Thanks so much @viviangogos. Your response is so helpful. I will be waiting for other gurus to assist on how to get a study permit on arrival. U rock‍♂️

quote author=viviangogos post=106737589]Hello Chuksies,
I made an enquiry from someone that travelled to Canada sometime this year with her two kids who are American citizens as I have same situation. Please see the below questions from me and her answers inserted...I hope it helps answer yours..

Hello @XXXXX
My inquiry is as regards travelling with your children.
1) Did you tick yes that they would accompany you in the family form during your SP application. Moniker- NOPE
2) If you ticked no, did you inform IRCC before your travel that you would be travelling with your kids that are US citizens? Moniker- YES BUT NEVER GOT A RESPONSE SO TOOK THE CHANCE AND WENT WITH THEM WITHOUT HASSLE
3) Did you do medicals for them since they would be spending the timeline you would be in Canada with you. Moniker- NOPE
Thanks as I wait your feedback.

Note- Please also do let me know if you find any further info as regards this.

All the best

@Anon123 has been scarce a lil on this trend.
I hope all is well.

Apart of being interested in Canada SP, I love coming here daily to learn from GURUs.
I became an active NL User because of you guys.
Thank you all.
@franrobben1 @makano @Anon123 and many more, @Lianna I can’t remember spelling of all sha but I know them when they post…

We will all get there.
Every delay that they called refusal is just temporary. I almost gave up on my life when I had mine too but with time, I got better because I know I will smile at last. Gathering more for myself now before I re-fire.
So guys, don’t hurt yourself over the delay… You will get better with another trial…

I believe this is for inland application/applicants and not for outland application/applicants.

Is obvious for those who applied from within Canada, the follow a sequence. But for those who applied from outside, VO's determine pace he/she wants to use and no one queries them.

But surely it will end in praises. Just believe and have faith
