Troops should also be on a high alert, spotters, good communication between units, patrol teams and bases.

God willing, this would pass.

Is it possible to see where this guys fled to and Bombard their bases with Air and Ground troops? Or we should continually wait for them to attack.

The plan is to use airstrike and artilleries to soften the enemy's defenses before the infantry roll out then the airforce will focus more on CAS. It may or may not be related to what is happening in Slmbisa though.

We are a military that can't kill 500 of our enemies In 2 days, and they are in 5figure numbers, this is depressing we need an all out offensive now!!

Do you think an all out strategy will work, but first of in what context do you mean an all out

An all out offensive is the only way to stop this rubbish, we are like fighting a boxing match with a worthy opponent, they kill us, we kill them, even with air strikes we are killing 20s, over 1 month with all the firepower we have, we only kill 250 bandits.
I want dead bodies, the blockade war isn't cutting it.As it stands now, we are in a stalemate and they are matching our punches, when we weigh more , stronger and better trained.

Oga , it's because we are doing something wrong, which is trying to blockade , we can blockade and still assault massively.

Are you saying assaults haven't been made? We have seen sustained op tempo a few times in the past. Where are we today?

As far as this war won't be won by bullets and bombs alone we''d keep having this kind of push and pull, cold and hot stuff. Ask our brothers down south about their Border wars

While I'm in support of a sustained offensive, one thing we should take note of is that the enemies won't simply stand still while they are getting killed. They will definitely find a solution. They will always adapt to many of their challenges. There is a reason they no longer attempt to hold the towns/settlements they capture. Often times they simply return to civilian life whenever an offensive is launched or temporarily move to other favorable locations. This was why the Army was able to clear huge swathes of land in operation turai taka bango late last year. JAS simply returned after the operation though very weakened which eventually led to their defeat in the hand of ISWAP, if they had had more time, they would have become as strong as they used to be before the offensive. In the northwest, many of the bandits moved their camps when the military went after them. The military could also carpet bomb the terrorists to kill them in huge numbers but the civilian casualty will be too high and will end up becoming unproductive.

The UAV's will go a long way to ensure persistent air surveillance and strike missions along ISWAP infested areas such as maiduguri -monguno roads and alargano forests

Surveillance, sure, but the idea of using drones to drop expensive bombs on a single technical will end up being a pricey adventure.
How about just using the air assets to track and then send SF after them. If we make these bombs, that would at least help a bit, but importing them and using them on single pickup truck, i think that's a waste, unless of course they mass in one place with lots of technicals and foot soldiers etcs
Just wondering out loud of course. The cost

The thing here is that we need to be using atleast one or two helicopters when conducting clearance of camps. These guys quickly runaway in huge number with alot of weapons when attacked in their camps, the helicopters are the assets that can be used to inflict maximum damage which would destroy the equipment they are moving with and eliminate the escaping bastards. if helicopters are dedicated for mowing down fleeing bastards then we will start recording high number of enemy kills.

Our helicopters should be modified with RCWS 20mm or 23mm cannon on the door which gives the door gunners better accuracy to mow down the bastards running away. 4000 rounds on one helicopter should be able to hit atleast 400 targets.

Exactly bro, many don't put cost into consideration. The only thing I think UCAVs should be used for are strategic purposes like taking out enemy convoy, taking out VBIEDs, providing CAS when there's no other platform in sight at that time and eliminating HVTs but not for offensive purposes.
