You can apply for a short course in CPUT, Cape Peninsula University of Technology in Cape Town. I have gotten people into South Africa via CPUT, NETACAD/ICT Academy program. It is a good program in association with Cisco.

Regarding your first question about applying to Stellenbosch with an HND qualification, to be honest, I cannot tell from the top of my head if they will accept HND or not. However, you may please give it a trial. It would cost you absolutely nothing to try. You may also email the department and/or admissions team to make a direct inquiry about this.

Secondly, you do not need a SAQA evaluation before applying to the University of Capetown and Stellenbosch University.

Kindly advice, my Saqa cert is not yet out and my uni conformed to me they replied the verification request from Saqa on the 4th of oct. Now I need to apply for my visa application against January 2022. Is the Saqa cert really needed for study permit application? Nelson Mandela has offered me an admission. I want to apply early.
