Both Adriod and ios can refuse to host the app but all they need is a Web service. You don't necessarily need an app to operate on social media.

That the Talibans are on social media should already be a sign that anybody can be online.
If you're talking about Trump suspension then you have to go all the way back to when he first started using social media and not just use January incident to make a case.

as per the agreement the withdrawal was to happen by May 2021. Biden administration pushed it to September 11.
Did you know that the Afghan government had its own military that were supplied with US equipment to fight off the Talibans.
So in your own words, can you explicitly state how the US would have pulled out of Afghanistan while not fighting the Talibans or you're just one of those that jump on the bandwagon without your own ideas.
