That's the BVL, biometric validation letter, but some people have gotten PPR before BVL and some theirs came together at once.

what u will have in ur passport is Temporary residence Visa.its not ur study permit. when u get to Canada is when they will give u ur study permit and that's when it starts counting.The TRV only allows u to Enter Canada.

My 1st refusal reason was due to funds. And now I did submitted BMS of over 46m and assets of over to 30mil. All to be sponsored by my parents.

But I still got a second refusal on October 14. I got confused sef on the other grounds they pointed because I see it as irrelevant.

This makes it 2 refusals this year...we keep pushing expecting my gcms note....

Might try again....

How many months does the money you showed in the mbs spent in your account before generating the mbs? Is there any lump sum close to the time of submitting your application?

Is it supposed to be 2pages, because what I have here is 4pages

My concerns are can my uncle act as my sponsor ( my parents died when I was little and he was the person who trained me in school and I lived with until I got married) because I'm currently 32 years.

Will I have to show my Statement of Account?

If Yes, what's the minimum balance that you can advise to be in it.

Did you order your GCMS note the first time to know the exact issue they had with funds ?

Kindly take your time to address the issue perfectly this time.
I’m not perfect myself, I had same delay the first time and I’m trying to re-tackle again…

But pls don’t rush.
Trace back your steps;
(1) Did you pay school fees to show your commitment ?
(2) Did you submit your own bank statement also ?
(3) Do you have funds in your own bank account if submitted ?

I’m thinking Maybe they are not convinced the funds in your parent account are for your studies alone.
Don’t give up.

Yes. The consent form has 4pages but you're to only fill and sign page 2

Yes He can.
Subjected that you can show the relationship, family tree, evidence of his past support with proof, Why is He supporting you ? You need to be convincing… Your SOP must be solid

Then for him to support you, He must show his source of income in details, then enough fund way more that your overall cost because question of; How will be fair for his own direct family if he’s spending such money on you ? Meaning He must have over enough.

Then in addition, you need to show your own source of income too, payslip, assets if you have, statement of account, to show that you are also Okay.

You also stated that you’re married.
So you need to share details on it too, How will your wife fair in your absence?
Source of income for her, maybe her payslip, property fetching her incomes …

So you have a lot to work on but it’s all possible.

I’ve put in my own application (July 16) waiting for a positive response.

Yes to all...but any sum in the accounts submitted were accounted for. From my salary account. to my small savings. And to parents BMS and assets.

I dont have much in account now. Have put up the land which was purchased by myself and my sister for sale.
