How can you even say this?! I'm perplexed!

It's wrong to wear boxer shorts for 5 days! Your body is different from someone else's. The genital areas are able to store up dirt and sweat and wearing one boxer shorts for days will only compound more issues.

I've been beside a guy who stank before. Women change their panties everyday and wash their vaginas but some guys don't even bother caring for them balls.
Oropharyngeal diseases are real!!!
I pity any lady that gives head to a guy whose hygiene is poor and wears boxer shorts for days.
Educate yourself well on vagina, it has its own natural smell and every lady's smell is different from the other. Most times when y'all talk about vagina odour I smile, if the odour is super offensive then that's a diff issue.
Note every vagina odour is not always caused by poor hygiene.
