CalcreteJB: Sure, I stayed at an Airbnb for 5 weeks despite exempted from quarantine. Airbnb with 28 days stay minimum tends to be cheaper. So I opt for one that is 4 minutes walk to the school and it helped with mobility and settling in before finding permanent accommodation. 4 Likes |

Bukuns2000: as long as you don’t go to places that you be tracked you can go out, just don’t get into any trouble that would require you saying you just came in. I went out everyday during my 14 days quarantine. TB- don’t go to do any of those official things too (SIN, Bank and all that) just do non official things and you’re good |

Hello, Please am new here and I need alot of guide on how to go about this. Am a licensed Nigerian Nurse/Midwife, So I have a Diploma in Nursing graduated 2012 worked in hospital for a year and went for Diploma in Midwifery and graduated 2015 worked for close to a year before I got a job at a telecommunication firm and have been working in their network operating center,( Not health related), since 2016 till date. Also I don't know how to go about with my sponsorship, My mum is to sponsor me, she is into local buying n selling of oil, although she has some landed properties and also rented apartments. My job also is a pensionable job, am really confused on how to start, the steps to follow, the school n course to choose, how to provide evidence of statement, and proof that will help me pull through, generally what to do. Am 30 and single for now, am the Last biological child in my family but I have an adopted younger sister, but she was adopted before she was born, so all her details from her birth certificate bears same surname with me, am adding this information because I have plans of taking her along once am a able to pull through n I balance. Good morning house, please i’ld like to know.. when using landed property as home tie, what is the recognized document to submit. Will a ‘deed of conveyance’ (I.e receipt/proof of transfer from A to B) surface or has to be the ‘survey’ is said applicants name ? Thank you! |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by Toceenay(m): 5:24am On Oct 22, 2021 |
Swtmato: Before you get more response from a lot of experienced gurus here, this is my suggestion First of all, you've been working in telecommunication sector since 2016, that's 5 good years of experience. So you have a good option of going for PGD in related courses... Also, since you're a licensed Nurse/Midwifery with few years of experience, you can opt for a diploma/certificate in that line as well (the only problem could be that you've been out of the system for about 5 years) Focus on getting admission first, and during that time start to arrange for your proof of funds. Make sure your Mom's businesses are registered, so that she can easily proof the source of her income. She should as well have a bank account. If her business is always on cash, you can make sure the money pass through the account in other for her to establish a good flow. Also, her landed properties should have required documents to show for it. If it's on rent, she can provide receipts to show that she also make money from it. Concerning your sister, you don't have any problem. During your application, include her name as your sibling(s), because legally you are. Being related by blood or adoption still prove you're siblings. After your application has been successfully approved and you land for Canada, she can start her own application. You'll still get more info from others 1 Like |

Good morning, I have come back here to share my testimony. I have been a silent reader and follower on this platform. God did this for me and this my second application , I did my medicals upfront after I submitted my application. I wrote my Sop myself because I couldn’t pay the outrageous fees some guys asked . Only God can do this . Yours is coming in Jesus name . My heart is so filled with joy and I can’t type much . I want to encourage someone this morning that, don’t give up and you can do it yourself if you believe in God . He is a God who can not lie . 41 Likes

Twostep: Deed of Assignment/Conveyance - Survey plans of the landed properties - Miscellaneous land Receipts & Stamp duties - Memorandum of Land Sales - Affidavit of Land Sale - Sale Agreement Cc LekiBoBoe In addition, just submit any documents that prove you are the owner of the landed property. (Family receipt, picture of the land or the building on it). 2 Likes |

You are just here to ask questions but not sharing info for newbies to learn. I remember one of your last post where I complained of you sharing just timeline with no details of documents submitted for others to learn. You responded that I should calm down that no stinginess observed… Till now, nothing shared because I just went through your previous posts. No qualms. I wish you success… CalcreteJB: 8 Likes |

Toceenay: Hello, Good morn. I know the chances of getting fully funded GA/RA/TA positions in Canada is relatively not as easy as that of the US but is it possible? Also, if you get a fully funded scholarship with the school maybe through RA/GA/TA position, do you still need POF during visa application?. |

Hello guys...i must appreciate the good efforts of everyone guiding, helping, advising interested applicants .... I recently got admission for a post graduate diploma in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at CIMT Ontario college for fall term 2022, and this is what landed me into this thread and i have been reading and reading contributions in here..and i have concerns about going forward with the admission. To start with, i have a Bsc in Geology 2:1, graduated 5 years with no work experience in that particular field after searching for jobs to no avail, but been working in the Business development/ Sales field. I have also been doing some self learning on some online courses on programming cos i love it. I did a one year diploma in information technology at some computer college like that after i finished secondary school..... My reason for choosing pgd in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is that i plan on switching career into IT. I have a IT background with regards to the one year Diploma in IT and two years work experience in IT before beginning undergraduate studies in Geology. Do you guys think this is enough to get Study visa ... Asides other requirements...or do i need to go for a course that have to do with geology or my work experience in business development field.... Any advice is welcomed.....thanks guys. And goodluck to those in the process...... 1 Like |

Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by Scott99tish(m): 9:37am On Oct 22, 2021 |
Hi Ezeonlinebiz, It’s quite too early requesting for it. I’m sure you requested for it after one month to get this today since application was August 7. It’s not advisable requesting for GCMS note just after one month of application as this is what you will see, BLANK. (1) You need to exercise patience. (2) Normal processing time has not been exceeded. I think last I saw on their website was 13 weeks or thereabout. (3) There’s update on it actually as I just rechecked. Criminality, Medical and Info sharing passed. You can start sending friendly mails and web form to hasten your application. Regards. ezeonlinebiz: |
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 20 by sam4774: 9:38am On Oct 22, 2021 |
the heavy lifting has been done in your application, info sharing and criminality has been completed. eligibility is most likely what remains and until its started the VO will have no need to make any notes unless something was not right with your application in the earlier stages. so i will say to you that its going so far so good, so far you are seeing stages saying pass or complete your application is moving ezeonlinebiz: |

sam4774: That was how my application was as at my gcms notes on. Sept 28th, I’m a july 10th applicant. As at today, I don’t have any update on my page, it feels like they just abandoned it, no eligibility, even the background check that was reading passed on the gcms notes wasn’t updated on my page. |
