Sample of the form online says "type or print in black ink", so I would assume you can write, sign, print, scan and upload in the relevant placeholder.

What do you mean by "add extra siblings". If you are adding someone else other than a new spouse or new baby to the family form, you may want to include an LOE saying why the person was not on your previous family information provided to IRCC e.g. did you forget to add the sibling before or was the sibling recently adopted. Sorry if I have misunderstood.

Thanks for your response. They online provide space for uptown 3 siblings and I need to add more on the form.

I am a newbie here and i would be glad to seek some clarifications!

I have my ITA already!!!

1. I have 2 expired Intl passports wt none of them stamped, do i include them in my passport section?

2. For the 10yrs Addresses, is it for where i lived only or work addresses inclusive?

3. Under the 10yrs personal profile, can i include some old company registration i made with some o my friends but we never got to use at the end and what would be the title (organization or employment)?

4. My mum birth attestation carries my dad's surname but she is married to another man(now widow), including my half siblings under my relative sections, i hope there would be no issues?

5. I only used my highest qualification (M.Sc) while my bachelors and co are under m personal history, do i still need to upload the bachelors certificate together wt my M.sc?

Finally, for all the LOE i intend to write, do i write them separately for each placeholder or i write all together and place under the LOE placeholder?

Thank you

Oh...... some people say do it on an extra blank paper, some say print an additional form, sorry I have no personal experience here.

I am a newbie here and i would be glad to seek some clarifications!

I have my ITA already!!!

1. I have 2 expired Intl passports wt none of them stamped, do i include them in my passport section? No, the instruction is for valid passport that will be used to travel to Canada, old passports are no longer valid.

2. For the 10yrs Addresses, is it for where i lived only or work addresses inclusive? Home addresses only, instruction says where you have lived.

3. Under the 10yrs personal profile, can i include some old company registration i made with some o my friends but we never got to use at the end and what would be the title (organization or employment)? Include it, Organization

4. My mum birth attestation carries my dad's surname but she is married to another man(now widow), including my half siblings under my relative sections, i hope there would be no issues? You don't need to provide any documents for family unless you are claiming a sibling in Canada, just include the names of parents, children, spouse and step and half siblings, addresses, DOB etc as requested on the form

5. I only used my highest qualification (M.Sc) while my bachelors and co are under m personal history, do i still need to upload the bachelors certificate together wt my M.sc?No, since ECA is only for MSc, don't forget to scan IELTS too. But if your heart is doing gbam gbam, just add it smiley

Finally, for all the LOE i intend to write, do i write them separately for each placeholder or i write all together and place under the LOE placeholder? Personally I would do the LOE per placeholder.....so that it is easy for the VO to follow. But the other option works too

Thank you

For proof of funds, the bank refused to write the information required on the letter. Instead, they only issued a letter of non-indebtedness (stating that I do not owe the bank) with 6 month bank statement. Please would this be acceptable to IRCC?

Wow congratulations.
Can you shed more light on the start up visa. If you don't mind. I think you are the first person scaling this route on this thread.
I don't mind at all. But its not an easy route and it involves a little bit of money. Honestly if you are still like 38 and below. Just do all you can either by getting extra degree, doing some courses learning French self if possible to be a candidate for express entry or pnp. So on the website it's written in a very simple English. And in my mind I'm like ok all I need to do is write a business idea that is unique and viable and get some designated organisations to buy into it. Na lie oo. I know people on my start up group who submitted to more than 50 organisations and they didn't even get any reply at all.
The maximum mark my husband and I could achieve was 420ish. My hubby just turned 40 when we decided to do canadian moves. And I haven't worked a regular job in 15 yrs so no corporate experience on my part. I'v always been my own boss. I thought we had all it takes but even with good English and all we couldn't meet up to point. We spoke with a Canadian immigration lawyer who gave us options. From the discussion they told us what I do can actually be used as a biz in canada. All I need to do was put it on paper. And that was what I did. They streamlined the designated organisations that focuses on my area of expertise and also helped by highlighting some points in my plan. After 7 months of trying we got an Angel investor who was interested and needed to understand it more. He gave us a letter of support in October 2019 and we submitted our application on 28th Dec. We paid lawyers fees in drawing out agreement and we also incorporated the company in canada and did some little work here and there. Quite a no of Indian guys on my group got their letter of support from incubators and I know they charge them between 20 to 50k dollars for office space, some administrative costs and even legal fees for drawing up agreements and so on. Its not cheap honestly.

Btw congrats.

Please, if I have a paid employment and a side business with Instagram presence. While filling them out on personal holder, would the side hustle be classified as employment or organisation? It is registered.

My old passport has stamp on it back in 2013 but is expired, am I to scan it in this case?

Thanks.

the IRCC website didn't list any. But I know designated organisations are not interested in any real estate business. It just has to be a business idea they believe will be profitable. I know they support lots of Apps developers. Try and go through the IRCC website and read more about the designated organisations under start up. There are lots of them.

Wow it's definitely not an easy path. I'm not considering it at all, was just curious as I have not seen any use that route. Congratulations once again.

Same responses given to the other person in red.

Organisation is what I would pick.

Not required if it is expired. Scan your current travel document/passport bio data page and any pages with stamps or markings.

Same as FSW: Check for eligibility, do IELTS and ECA, then create an Express Entry profile.

Read this link for more details on PNP as well as page 1:

Many thanks for your response. Very apt!

Again,

Is Birth Attestation necessary for PNP - Post ITA submission?

Apart from Schedule 4 and certificate of nomination, what additional document(s) is expected to be uploaded by a PN candidate?

Is LOE + evidence of medical bookings good enough to submit the application

I still want to re-use my gift deed for PR (it's what i used for my PN). Any superior alternative?

Thank you

Hello all,

Please is there an active whatsapp group for PNP that I can join? I keep seeing people getting PNP left and right but it is quite unclear to me on the website of the provinces that I have visited.

Thanks.

Hi Everyone,

I am a Canadian permanent resident. Last year, I got the pr as a single applicant. My fiancee applied for pr(as a single applicant) with AOR as August 2020. She is yet to get Ppr. Her last Gcms note shows that security and most things were passed. We intend to get married in a few months and hopefully migrate to Canada. I intend to know the best route to follow.

I just want to know if she can apply for tourist visa or student visa after or before marriage until IRCC show her love. Knowing that spousal visa might take a longer time than the pr application.

I would be happy to get a response from anyone familiar with this kind of situation.

Thank you

I’m 19 months post AOR. This our relationship status with OVO ehn, na real ‘it’s complicated’

A guy on one Indian group that called IRCC said he was told that IRCC will begin working at full capacity from October 26th. Take that with a pinch of salt though…

Given special instructions for Nigerians?

It's discretionary for the VOs, they bear no oversight and it has opened us up to racism.

Nigerians are not the only corrupt people in the world. Read, not the only corrupt. Every single person should bear the responsibilities for the outcome of whatever docs they submit. But racism should not be be encouraged.
Question is, what is IRCC doing about it?
