Just let him understand that what he’s watching are fictions and that animals don’t talk in reality, whether by ventriloquism or otherwise.
I just did.
The process is called 'Animatronics'. It's a craft way or machination use in projecting a talking Animal. An inexperienced person or toddler will disagree because all what they could see in that movies is a 'Talking Animal'.
Just like how you're a toddler in understanding the bible. You and my cousin need help in different settings.
Animatronics in movies and a crafty act of ventriloquism in the bible. wink

Then he will grow to realize that it’s fiction unless Animatronics a religion, he will continue believing it even as an adult

Actually, he's smart kid. He will grow to know that no animal can talk either in the movies or in the bible.
It's just a craft machination by intelligent beings wink

He might not, if he allows himself to be indoctrinated

Teaching is not the same thing as indoctrination. You cannot question doctrine.
He's smart kid and he ask questions a lot. He only allow the logical one. wink

seems you are person who doesn't have a god and brain here.

Gen. 3:4–5 and 3:22) The serpent has the ability to speak and to reason: "Now the serpent was more subtle (also translated as "cunning"wink than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made".
And where did you see snakes there? i can't be thinking for you after all the money spent on educating you.

Please can you help me answer these questions:
1. Does God individually hear His children when they pray to Him?
2. If let's say 100 Christians are praying all over the world at the same time (eg. in China, Nigeria, Kuwait, Afghanistan, Japan, Chad...)
How does God individually hear His children when He can only be in one place at a time.

Here is an interesting read:
2Kigs 5:25-27
25 When Gehazi went in and stood before his master, Elisha asked him, “Gehazi, where have you been?” “Your servant did not go anywhere,” he replied. 26 But Elisha questioned him, “Did not my spirit go with you when the man got down from his chariot to meet you? Is this the time to accept money and clothing, olive groves and vineyards, sheep and oxen, menservants and maidservants? 27 Therefore, the leprosy of Naaman will cling to you and your descendants forever!” And as Gehazi left his presence, he was leprous—as white as snow

If a mortal man could seemingly be in two places, how much more God.

Elisha was a mortal man, yet was able to describe each an every gift Gehazi collected from Namman.
Thanks for bringing those important points, I appreciate that, but did you finish reading the article? If NO, please do, you will get answer to that question of yours.

Question 1: Answer is yes (Psalms 65:2 days O Hearer of prayer, to you people of all sorts will come.)

Question 2: God is not human like you and I that need to listen to one voice at a time
He is a Spirit, he knows what's in one's mind even without saying it out.

The example of Elisha you gave was nice, but mind you, Elisha was not following Gehasi, but the spirit of God operating in him enables Elisha to know what Gehazi was doing.
