Some people get to look down at you if you aren't in a Department in the church or do stand a chance of loosing out of God's blessings.

I feel it's your personal relationship with God.

Yes,I do look down on people who don't belong to any department in the church.For God's sake religion is an act of practice, put your worship into action by participating actively in church activities and not just a church goer.

It's well, no be must oh, because your pastor is compelling you to do it doesn't mean you should, no go build person business without you being paid.

As a youthful person you have to be useful

In my opinion, I don't think it is a must for you to work in any department

It is just a way of being close with brothers who share the same faith with and to see that church ( which is you and I) is organised and to make some services readily available like those who work in health department and law department)

It is also a way of firming a smaller unit to care for each other and provide help and assistance to one another

It will be easier to render help to those who may need it and to care for one another

It should be a voluntary decision for none who wants to be part of it most especially

Just be faithful in your tithes, that's all that matters to the pastor in this Buhari era, joing group isn't so important cos if you don't join another person will, but if you don't pay your tithes, the monthly target reduces and the pastor might loose his job.

Not being a worker in church does not mean u will lose out on ANY blessing.

Don't be deceived. Being a worker in church is solely out of one's volition.

Yes it is always good to join a department in the church, because at the long run, when you are no more, that department would be the one to fight and stand with you....
